I like it on my side better, because somehow the visuals are better and I'm more aware.
When on My back, I just fall asleep. I also had a very vivid realistic dream or astral Projection Experience this morning. I even felt my feet on the cold ground, and was manipulating how real, and 3d I wanted things. It was so real, and right in front of you.
Very interesting video. I never heard this was possible. But what is the benefit of doing this. You mention in the last video that one cannot control what happens after you enter the dream. But, what is it good for if you get the same dream in the same way as when you regularly fall sleep? Therefore we have no control about what we dream. Cool video post most interesting stuff if you can
@juliocaesar1 Actually, the benefit is learning to master it to the point where you CAN control everything that happens. I just mentioned that I'm not at that level yet. Like anything else in this world it takes dedication and practice. The benefit is the process of becoming better at it until you're reaching 'dream enlightenment' and attain infinite conscious control over all dream content. It's not an event, it's a process. The path is the destination.
u do know that this is called astral projection right
