i just use an ak...i like the feel of it, and u get almost the same gun, (cept maybe power and recoil, but u can compromise with a bit of skill with ak) and ak is cheaper, dont get me wrong, i have both guns and an94 is rly fun to use, but i wud tell a first timer (i dont use noob alot) to get ak and not an94 if they asked

Hellll no. Its a gun that you should use if your in it for the long run, because it takes a few weeks of practice. When I played sf, I had the An-94 for like 6 months, and I swear in the last 5 months I pwned so hard like 20 kills 2 deaths with that. It is hard to get used to though. Would only reccomend it for people who want to train with a weapon instead of getting one of them noob m4's. It is waaay better than m4, m16, g3a3, everything. Highly reccomended.

An94 is only if you can handle it. Ak74 is just same old just aim and shoot. An94 you really need to pay attention when in battle so an94 is for pros ak74 is for them noobs.

Since there is a little debate about the FAMAS. Could I please say that GM_Matleo (or w.e his name is) uses FAMAS. So if HE uses it, it probably means it has an advantage xD

Plus it depends what map your on. If your in mostly close quarters like satellite or hospital, then its an excellent gun.

Weakness is at a distance, most people like a gun that can be used at both close and long ranges, as most maps are not 100% close quarters.

I've used both an94 and ak74. They aren't the same, the AN94 is better but the AK74 is much much much more cheaper. Plus the G3 is the most identical weapon in terms of stats to the AK74.

im a SIG551 Pro. It has to be the best automatic gun in the american version of soldier front when shooting long range. The gun is so accurate and deadly, up against a PSG long or short range i can WRECK them. The frf2 sumtimes, frf2 is noob, 1 shot 1 kill unless in the neck :\ gay. But yea all the guns have a certain style, i was a p90 pro so switching to the sig wasnt hard at all, the clip size fucked me up in the begining of owning the sig tho, having to reload..

Then you obviously cannot control AK single shot. If you were to single shot both guns at a wall in training mode, you will notice that the AK has more bullets landing in your crosshair than the AN, making it slightly more accurate.
