im in the process of doing a 92 3800 Series I in mine, Was going to use a non-computer cntrld trans, 3.33 gear w/ ovr drive. But decided to use the stock trans. Computer is from an 93 Olds Silhoette van, and from my knowledge, the van's computer will let the trans shift harder because the vans were heavier than the sedans the most of the 3800's came in.
3800 didnt have much of a bottom end.. but i think the L26 or L32 engine with a top swap would be best due to a higher compression ratio with the blower on it would just be stupid sick, cam'd intercooled, heads, pullied would be all it needs for a sub 12second car

that's no competition... pit a regular 3800 against the 3.4 DOHC. or a supercharged 3.4 DOHC against a L67

the driver in the s/c'd fiero didn't get a good start. I think it could have gone faster with a better driver

My Fiero has a L67 and my Grand Prix GTP has a 3.4DOHC, I am glad my engines are where they are :)
