  • do you need to charge it ?

  • @KaCiao93 Yes, it turns on by itself when opened.

  • @frisco928 Dont sell it. Just keep it. There's a company that is producing polaroid film again but at a lil bit high price. Go and google the impossible project. I think they have the film for this type of camera.

  • is there a "walk in" place to buy the film? or a website? how much does it typically cost?

  • @MrMrLaricca If you live near a large goodwill, there are often some there. They typically cost around $5

  • @16mmDJ SHWEET! the biggest goodwill around is across the street! thanks!

  • i own this one...& everything it came with ive only used it once...how much is it worth its aaalll immacluate

  • @TxStYlE4AwHiLe $5-$15 No joke

  • cool video, what kind of film do you need to use this camera?

  • Hi, thanks for the great video! I just purchased one of these babies off eBay yesterday, and was just wondering if you knew approximately how long it takes for the batteries on the film packs to run out? Hope that's not a dumb question. Thanks.

  • @singthebattle There are (usually) no dumb questions. Normally a pack of film will go bad in a couple of years. Up to ten if it's still wrapped in plastic etcetera. Though I am going off of the fact that those numbers are from 600 film and not spectra, so the numbers could be different.

  • The gold mesh circular area is the "Sonar Rangefinder"--a sensor that tells the distance between the camera and the subject, allowing the camera to auto-focus. What's on top of the viwefinder are the following: the one on the left is a "photocell sillicon photodiodes," measures light from the scene and light from the flash. The slot next to it is the self timer indicator--the red light will flash for the first 10 seconds and stay lit for the last 2 seconds.

  • Schweet. thanks. i found out about the little sonar focuser thing in my marine bio class (i have no idea either)

  • You have no need for a battery. as i have said in some other videos, the battery is the new film cartridge. i actually mentioned in the video. maybe you were sleepy and didn't notice that i said it. (It WAS 4 in the morning)
