excuse me if i sound dumb but, how is this smaller than a normal xbox.

The DVD drive and Hard drives are from a laptop, they are much smaller.

The power supply has been removed, it accounts for around 20% of the width. (do a google image search for "open xbox")

It is in a custom box that puts the system board against the front of the case, making it a couple inches smaller front to back. The ports on the left aren't able to fit anymore.

I am Spanish and this mod is with xbox normal, no 360. The dashboard is XBMC with MC360 skin.
