what's wrong with you people? jagan is clearly the culprit and ysr and now his mother are trying to back him up. Just for a sometime forget about cast, religion and think clearly. sure there are lot of schemes ysr introduced. some of them were very helpful to poor. But, he clearly didn't plan the schemes before announcing, like the health plan there were lot of abuse to taxpayers money. many other schemes clearly has no way to survive 4ever. these scheme were for votes not 4 true development
