Minimum means the lowest safe atlitude to make a decision on whether to continue the approach and land or go missed approach if you don't see the runway enviroment. Minimum is a specific altitude that you must set before you begin any kind of non precision approach and it can vary with every airport.

With regards to the ringtone, I have recently updated my cell phone and cannot find that file anymore. If I find the ringtone I will let you know.

non-precision approaches you must always set the minimum.

I always chuckle when I hear it. An instructor of mine once told me that the first two times you hear the retard callout you consider it an adverb, but if you hear the callout more than that, you should then consider it an adjective.
