@FRIEDFISHPLZ This ending has nothing to do with nobuhiro watsuki.. the ovas were made independently.  In the manga, Kenshin gets a happy ending :)

@lendorama i figured everything out the hard away. it took me a while but i understand better now. I now call this sorta like... These were hired actors to play out Kenshins life for a movie, while all the original characters are all sitting back and watching it. Lol, it makes me feel better that way. So...I still consider this as a work of art and, the best tribute to Samurai X...but, I much prefer the ending released in 2007, which is the original ending of the manga (I think) than this one. They deserved a happy ending, and in the original version they had one.

i have a question why are there diferent kind of drawing on samurai x or rorouni kenshin, i mean i have seen amv videos and on some of them the drawing are like inuyasha style and im other ones theyre a like i dont know death note ? i mean theyre better drawings why is that im confuse O_O

@AvatarTTfan it's because samurai X was done a while before ruroni kenshin and since ruroni kenshin was a 100 episode series they used a more cost effective and less time consuming art method.

Okay, sorry, but even though this is a great amv, I can't get over the fact that "redemption" was a crappy fanfiction that just happened to be animated and sold as watsuki's work. Sorry, but I support the actual ending. Read the manga, please.

That was a great amv! I love how epic you made the beginning seem, and also the scene where kenshin comes home to kouru in the middle and dies, that fit perfectly. I also love "I' found a reason to show, a side of me you didn't know" - with those lyrics towards the end, you showed the death of Tomoe and blood streaming down the screen, recognizing his life if fighting - I absolutely loved that!!! You did a GREAT job with this amv! Keep it up!

3:46 is ova 6... the last part...after the credits, they are not Kenshin and Kaoru, they are Kenji Himua and his girlfriend, Chizuru Rikouji (Kaoru clone), I mean, that girl was the first Kaoru that Watsuki drew in his first manga.... It means that the story begins and continue with kenji (Kenshin clone) and Chizuru (Kaoru clone).

There isnot more ova... the story continues for Watsuki and for us... for this reason he put Kenji a his girl at the end of credits, becuse they looks like young Kenshin and Kaoru... It means, young bakumatusu Battousai and young kaoru, together... The name of the girl is Chizuru Raikouji.

Very good beginning, I liked your fading with the beat of the song. I really, really liked the beginning, and I thought you followed the beat of the song wonderfully. Although you reused clips a lot and I suggest trying to avoid that next time and maybed removing the subtitles. The one with subtitle: Diagnosis really took away from it because of the subtitle. But really well done, with a bit more work and cleaner footage I think you could be an amazing editor.
