By "Germany now to one piece" it means after the Soviet Union was gone (East Germany and West Germany united). Prussia's land went mostly to Poland, with bits going back to Germany.

@WarpFieldTheorist Well, when he mentioned Russia, he all of the land that was once the USSR lit up. This series was made at least a year or 2 after the Soviet Union fell, so basically what happened is that the Baltic states that should be independent along with all the "Stans" were basically omitted in the same way that the rest of the states on the British Isle were. But yes, I think it does have to do with England being incorrectly a substitute for Britain around here.
