Its acctually a second Blind skull. Also, when you do Halo, you start with a Spartan Laser. The Spartan Laser part is true, The Second Blind Skull part im not sure, but it is most likely true.

can someone help me i have 12 skulls and when i got the iwhbyd skull the skull didnt pop up when i press x in the campaign lobby so is the iwhbyd skull a extra skull or something

You have to end the level with the skull then you get it because the iwhbyd skull is right at the end of the level

the catch skull wont appear for me im playing on normal and i dont kill the wraiths but it wont appear

you have a certain amount of time to get it, if you die and you respawn at that location try to get it as quick as you can or it will go away I had the same problem

When you start where the rings are don't jump through any of the rings fight your way to the end after the cutscene fight your way back to the begining of the rings don't jump through them until you kill all the enemies it's easier this way now from the begining jump through the ring in this order 4654534 remember the red ring is the fourth just to keep you on track once you've jumped through the rings in the right order they will start to flash look me up on live if you need help VA Destroyer

You will know when the skull will appear when you have to go through the rings because at the end they start to blink
