He does appear to look like Lee Bermejo, but it's a little difficult to tell with the dim lighting and heavy shadows. The thing that's making me not so convinced that it's him is the art style. Although the art used here is somewhat in the same vein as Bermejo's, it just seems quite a bit under-rendered compared to what Bermejo usually does. I'm sure he could have simplified it, but why would he make it resemble the style of Jae Lee or Nick Postic, rather than keep it his own?

It's Lee Bermejo. Sean Hampton looks NOTHING like that. And I agree with Melanie, it would be professional suicide for Samsung to associate with Hampton. Which is why they wouldn't.

I'm thinking MyTubeIsBetter20 was correct in saying its Lee Bermejo. This guy in the commercial is identical looking to images of Lee Bermejo on Google. I doubt if Samsung would attach their name to a sexual perv/deviant who draws adult-themed comics. It would be professional suicide for them.

The guy's name is Sean Hampton. He's not a big name. He draws an adult-themed comic could 'The Pink Hole.' He can be seen a lot of the time with his Samsung taking photos of people unsuspecting, then goes home and uses the photos to give life to his terrible sexual fantasy comics. If you ask me he's a menace and they shouldn't be glamorising his life with this ad.

I could be wrong, but after looking at the artwork again in the commercial and thinking about it some more, I'm going to guess and say that the artist is a guy named NICK POSTIC, who did the art for the vampire comic books UNDERWORLD (based on the movie) and IMPALER. It looks very much like his dark style, which resembles a mix of Jae Lee, Alex Maleev, Bill Sienkiewicz, and Mike Mignola.

Wow thats hot. I wanted this phone when I first heard of it and well this makes me want it all over again. Sure there are some issues and we've all found ways to deal but the big reason for this phone is the camera. I could care less the N1 has Android 2.1, it doesn't take pictures like this phone does.
