I have watched both videos. Anybody with intelligence can see the gun video was different. The gun looked like a chrome 380 cal with wood handle overlay. Look at the location and distance from the street curb. The cell phone was close to the curb the gun was a greater distance away from the curb. I believe this man picked up both items, first the gun and to cover up, he dropped his cell phone close to the suspect and wanted to show himself picking up a cell phone. He WANTED someone to see. According to the Coroner's report Kenneth was killed by a 380 with the bullet traveling upward into his brain, SFPD carry 40mm not 380. So they could have fired the fatal round. Videos can be altered, look for a UFO video and you'll see what I mean. Start with uploaders integrity, and work from there. But who fired the 380?

They are several feet apart. And they look blatantly different. The Coroner's report also state Kenneth had one 380 round in his right pocket. And that Kenneth was killed by a 380. So I think we can wrap this one up.

The 2 objects are not only at different locations, they don't look alike. Add the Coroner's report and the puzzle comes together.

It is about 2 squares from the curb with grass. there is a guy with a grey jacket, white tee, black pants standing just a few feet from the curb. At :12 you can see the cellphone about 8-10 inches from the right foot of this same guy. He's standing just feets from the curb with grass, so they can't be the same objects.

If you look at 1:12 you can see that the gun is farther away from the curb and crowd than the cell phone, at 1:14 you can see the shape of the gun. Then at 1:26 the man with the hoodie picks up the cell phone... and you can clearly see that its a cell phone...

The location of the item SHOWN on the sidewalk in the video 1:05- 1:08 of THIS clip is different from the location of the item SHOWN in this VIDEO AT 1:27. One need only look at the sidewalk "lines" in each shot to know this can not be the same item in the same location. But it is always nice to see members of a carrying public pick up evidence from a crime scene and walk away with it.

Forget that they have witnesses who filmed the gun being picked up (It's how the police were able to retrieve it) and who've been interviewed STATING that they saw the gun picked up. Just count the "slabs" on the camera side of the chain-link. Two different objects on two different "slabs".

I have watched both videos. Anybody with intelligence can see the gun video was different. The gun looked like a chrome 380 cal with wood handle overlay. Look at the location and distance from the street curb. The cell phone was close to the curb the gun was a greater distance away from the curb. I believe this man picked up both items, first the gun and to cover up, he dropped his cell phone close to the suspect and wanted to show himself picking up a cell phone. He WANTED someone to see. According to the Coroner's report Kenneth was killed by a 380 with the bullet traveling upward into his brain, SFPD carry 40mm not 380. So they could have fired the fatal round. Videos can be altered, look for a UFO video and you'll see what I mean. Start with uploaders integrity, and work from there. But who fired the 380?

They are several feet apart. And they look blatantly different. The Coroner's report also state Kenneth had one 380 round in his right pocket. And that Kenneth was killed by a 380. So I think we can wrap this one up.

@29Essan At :40 and 1:05 you can see an object on the ground. It is 2 of the squares away from the curb where the cellphone was picked up. At 1:25 the Cellphone is less than 1 square from the curb. The 2 objects are not only at different locations, they don't look alike. Add the Coroner's report and the puzzle comes together.

It is about 2 squares from the curb with grass. there is a guy with a grey jacket, white tee, black pants standing just a few feet from the curb. At :12 you can see the cellphone about 8-10 inches from the right foot of this same guy. He's standing just feets from the curb with grass, so they can't be the same objects.

The appearance of the cell phone isn't even remotely close to that of the blurry gun. Although blurry and distorted as hell, you can clearly see a brown wood handle on the gun, and the shape and depth of it isn't even comparable to the flat pure silver cell phone.

The location of the item SHOWN on the sidewalk in the video 1:05- 1:08 of THIS clip is different from the location of the item SHOWN in this VIDEO AT 1:27. One need only look at the sidewalk "lines" in each shot to know this can not be the same item in the same location. But it is always nice to see members of a carrying public pick up evidence from a crime scene and walk away with it.

In the beginning of the video the guy points to a cell phone but near the end of the video it shows a gun on the ground and it's sad nobody including the guy who video taped this pointed that out to the cops earlier.

LOOK AGAIN AT 1:25 -1:40 that is a POLICE OFFICER in front of him who seen him grabbing whatever it was.. dude in the hoody did NOT even attempt to hide it quickly,, He willingly held it out in front of him with OFFICERS within feet of him.. There no way that SF POLICE OFFICER on alert would have NOT seen a SILVER GUN..- thank you

@HiPointMan The recovered gun was a .45. the police have .40. the head shot to Harding was from a .380. so tell me this, who shot him when neither the gun that was recovered later at a diffrent location that was claimed to be his, or the police issue guns fire the type of bullet recovered from Hardings head? was it just another shooter that happened to be firing in the direction of Harding? can't wait to see what they write into the story next. they are busted big time!

The 'phone is located in the first square that STARTS past the chain and the gun
is in the 2nd.

No, it's not man. Forget that they have witnesses who filmed the gun being picked up (It's how the police were able to retrieve it) and who've been interviewed STATING that they saw the gun picked up. Just count the "slabs" on the camera side of the chain-link. Two different objects on two different "slabs".
