Bush expected a terrorist attack; he also wanted to use it as his own Pearl Harbor so that we could secure oil fields for the future which is completely necessary. That's apparent. I don't think he expected it to be as bad as it was; nor even did he know what would happen. While he was reading to those kids, you could tell that he was like "oh shit," and probably felt guilty for not doing anything.

If you believe in God get your facts straight. Obama is not smart enough to be the anti-christ and not loved by all. he's a puppet. and the anti-christ will not be middle eastern. more like greek or something that all people adore. he will come like a knight and shinning armor.. obama hasn't done anything to seem heroic besides his election. if something bad happens in 2012, he will probably come like a hero and everyone will worship him. just in my opinion.. and im not religious.
