Withdrawal symptoms, when your body gets used to a drug it can't function properly without it. You need a lot of will power to stop, or a good reason that you can keep saying "i wont take that drug because...". Not as easy as just stopping.

to know that this man went through hell and back as a child and emerged as a fckin NBA Champion can only be explained in one word...AMAZING. Wade's story is not only special because he is my favorite player but because of how incredibly strong he is inside. i could not imagine playing ball without having my mom watching me, let alone being away from her for years and years, during the most important years of a child's life. thank god for his father and sister. dwyane wade is the hardest.

Damn it gotta be tough to be kid whose mother is strung out on drugs all time, father is one thing but mother? Every kid has a special bondage with his mother, you can tell your mother everything, everyone of your secrets but if ain't down to listen to you and she your mother, that breaks the kid apart and special thing about Wade is, he kept it together didn't jump on the wrong path because mom was in one.

The most important thing to get out of this is that his Mom took it upon herself to get clean and turn herself in, and for that she was blessed. When you're strung out on drugs you can't just continue to party and hope for a miracle. Even though My Dad did drugs and stole from us I always had my mom in my life. Somebody else always has it a lot worse. D-Wades and his mom are strong willled and there story inspires me to better myself.
