Nope, it's definitely Serbian Trubaci music - I play Serbian music for a living these days. Hawk & Handsaw have a tendency to mess with tunes from the balkans and remix them, no doubt they did that here. Can't guarantee that it's Lovacki but my band leader says it is, and that he has Ferus Mustafov's version. Zach Condon was originally somewhat influenced by Serbian Trubaci music when he started his band, and they covered Siki Siki Baba from Kocani Orkestar.
