Streets seem safer in Manchester during the DAY, but you really should see them at night!

Manchester is going to hell in a handbasket lately. I bet if you're on the street after dark the police will hassle you if you open carry, and even if u don't. They will use the excuse that you match the description of someone they're looking for just so they can pat you down and go through your pockets to see if they can nail you for ANYTHING.

Looks like a pretty clean neighborhood. I wonder if the trash you all picked up was not just stuff that the wind blew out of people's trash cans. There are supposedly statistics that say that crime goes down in a neighborhood, if people keep up their property. I'm not a Free Stater, but I appreciate this kind of effort. Not sure if the open carrying of firearms is necessary though.

While I would, of course, rather carry concealed, open carry is still better than nothing, not to mention making a statement.

Our recent NM gun show, with unprecidented Thousands of law abiding 'Citizens' taking home loads of ammo and semi-autos, seems to indicate the new administration may well have a problem on it's hands, in attempting to disarm this Republic. These buyers are NOT buying to 'Turn In'. The future is uncertain and being prepared is the only way to survive. When the normally law abiding 'Citizen's (NOT to be confused with a Monarchy's 'Subjects' BTW) backs are 'to the wall', things can get 'dicey'.

I was born and raised in Keene New Hampshire. I've moved out of state and out of country in 2000. I now live in Hamilton Ontario Canada. The city is roughly six times the size of Manchester. Knowing my home state and where I live now, I can't think of a single "bad area" whatsoever. nice vid.

lol...it's a VERY long story. I live downtown, but insofar the east end specifically. Actually, I'm in "stoney creek" right off Cent-parkway. Not sure if you're caught up in the news but Hamilton took over Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Flamborough and is now the "new city of Hamilton", and red hill valley is now a highway linking up the Linc and the QE.

I know, my old stomping ground of Hamilton is becoming an ever expanding empire, consuming the poor helpless suburbs of Ancaster, Stoney Creek, etc. Maybe if we get big enough we can take on the ever expanding Toronto. Not like having to step around a dead body going home when I lived in Oakland, CA. But then, open carry is illegal there and they don't issue CCWs, so only the police and criminals have guns.

It's very easy to see how someone who doesn't live there (or at least has never been there) could think, as you originally stated, that this "bad neighborhood" is nothing of the kind.

Theres an old Whodini song that I remember back when rap was "fun" and the title was "The Freaks Come Out at Night" Seems to me you just picked up 7 bags of trash, probably the majority being cans, they might have step on an alerted someone in the dead of night.
