I can't beat the DS version, so im just going to watch the videos.

I guess playing the DS version on the computer just makes it impossible, you can't react fast enough with the mouse. =(

Playing it on the DS version on the computer is possible, but impossible if you don't turn up the mouse speed. Even if the mouse speed is high, it will be hard to use the computer. because you don't have a stylus, which makes everything easier because you can operate the left screen with you finger and operate with the stylus using the right hand (unless your left-handed) With a computer you have to do both AT THE SAME TIME, which is really hard to do.

try using the nunchuk, it helps sometimes!

Try putting it on Easy mode ^_^

The controls are jumpy when your sitting too far away from the sensor bar or at an odd angle I find.

Make sure to pull the glass out in the exact direction it's lodged in.

That's about all I could find that could improve your rank, oh and practice! ^_^

It's Trauma Center, basically you operate on people who have gotten hurt pretty badly. As you go on, the game gets harder and harder and almost everything you can imagine comes up and tries to stop you. Like several Tumors that you have to remove quickly, or a virus that needs to be laser to death to die. There is actually a storyline.
