@jjohn7293 There is work being done, Isaac has gotten the touch screen working now, not sure what else. Bottom line is you would need to compile it yourself from his repository, as it hasn't been released as a ROM.

First, go to my channel and search for CyanogenMod 7 BETA 8, TickerGuy's FINAL release which has pretty much ALL possible functionality that I know of EXCEPT for the HDMI output, which doesn't work. Okay, that being said, a full wipe clears all data fro mthe phone (installed apps, phone numbers, etc.) If you sync your contacts with a google account, they will be added back once you set the phone up. @Roger5970 First off, be sure to install the latest version. Go to my channel page and search for "BETA 8" Also, you are probably extracting the file. It needs to stay as a zip file for CWM Recovery to see it.

@firesight69 Awesome! FYI - There is a newer version of this, it is the final release (it is BETA 8). Go to my channel and do a search to find it. @Bunnyko I have never had this issue, but have seen many that have. First off: did you do a full wipe? Try using BETA 8, the FINAL release of CyanogenMod 7 (at least for now). Are you overclcoked? Thanks for watching, don't forget to subscribe!

@Bunnyko Yes, that is what a full wipe, I do it in most of my videos...as for overclocking, I'm sure you haven't done it since you don't know what it means, but check out my latest videos for an overclocking guide. Overclocking allows the Triumph to run at faster speeds.

hi minus5252 i can't get cm7 to work on my motorola triumph on my phone i already rooted my phone and put recovery on it the problem im having is that when i copy the cm7 and gaaps on my phone and then wipe my phone and go to the zip i doesn't show the install option like your phone did i do something wrong i don't know need help!!

@bigjamil So you don't see the install from zip option at all, or the files aren't visible when you select install from zip? Check that, but also, use beta 8, not 6...there is a newer version. Also, do you have the latest clockworkmod recovery (CWM) installed? Post your replies on the CM7 Beta 8 video if you wouldn't mind, as it is more relevant there and you need to install that version, not this one.

I am running this rom (my first time running a rom), and it doesn't let me download anything from the market. It says something like there is no available space on the device. I have my external sd card installed with plenty of GB, and there's almost 1 gig for the internal memory. Any ideas?

@invizible0dreamz Try another micro SD card first. If that doesn't help, do a redownload of the ROM, a full wipe, then reinstall and see if that helps.

@blh6393 There are a lot of GPS "tricks" out there, but none have made any difference. Best trick is to get a GPS lock ASAP after rebooting the phone, as I believe it will always relock faster once it has locked once.

@Born1690 Something is wrong. Try doing a full wipe and make sure you aren't using an overclocking kernel. If that doesn't work, redownload and start again.

@DavidM7773 I haven't really talked about leaving Virgin Mobile, TickerGuy (the developer of this ROM) is considering leaving for T-Mobile. Isaac may take up the reigns though (he is the developer of the MIUI port for Triumph). I love Go Launcher EX!

@bloodhoundz213 My data speeds at least seem better than stock. As for what isn't working, for me it is just HDMI. MMS seems to work for me, but some report that it doesn't for them.

everyone just so you know, upgrading my triumph from B0.4 to B0.6 made a significant increase in battery life. so anyone who might be a little hesitant to upgrade should keep that in mind if the'yd possibly like to see a little more out of their battery. not saying that it will be the same as everyone though.

@seberusnet I believe HDMI output is the only thing not working...at least it is the main thing. There is no reason not to try it out...it'd take like 20 minutes. Also, as long as you do a nandroid backup AFTER installing ClockWorkMod Recovery (see my videos for that guide) and before installing CyanogenMod 7 or MIUI, you can revert back to your Triumph exactly as it was prior to installing the new ROM. @eldarthosx As far as I know, any device capable of running Gingerbread is capable of running Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS). I believe there is a thread on porting it on androidforums (dot) com in the Motorola triumph->all things root section

also wanted to say that I use the enable left hand hold phone. I like that functionality because I was having wig-outs before that during calls where the screen would just bug me. It was too invasive. Please keep that option going.
