I just heard them play both versions back to back on Faction and I definitely like the original more. Both kick ass though.

They used to do this song differently back in the day and, it could be that I'm just used to it, but I prefer the old way... luckily, they just released an excellent recording of it on their re-release of their first album (Eat My Heart Out) which has it and two other previously unreleased B-Sides -- but anyone who likes this song should definitely check out the original version.
