Personaly, i agree with the idea, but they are doing it an a very VERY bad way. First, they shouldnt take down sites for posts of illiagal content. Secondly, a company should have the right to defend themselfs from this. if they have done nothing wrong, they should be open. They should sencor the comments/videos/pics, not the ENTIRE website.

Long story short, if this is passed, it will be the next No Child Left Behind program
