Actually, it's pretty hard on Guitar Hero 1. On GH3 it would be easy as hell, but you pretty much have to strum every note in Guitar Hero 1 and the timing window is realllly small.

The Hammer ons and pull off in Guitar Hero 1 almost never work effectively, so you have to strum every single note. It's good practice for up/down strumming though.
