C'mon, that is cruel! That bird is pining for it's owner who is having a pint. Can't it be made that guide birds are allowed in the bar? Can't they be used as a point of notice - if the bird is standing on a stool screaming, and you notice this while being flat on your back wondering why your bird is standing on a stool screaming, probably a good indicator to go home.
