Here's some details about the figures you have got:

Sonic + Motobug: Part of Jazwares' 'Sonic Through Time' Range. Jazwares figures are fairly well known for being a bit flimsy in the joints, but only on the small figure line (like you have). They have a few 10 inch figures whic are MUCH more robust figures

Super sonic: Originally part of a 2.5 inch static figure line made by a collectible statue company called 'First-4-Figures'. The version you have here is an official re-release by Jazwares.

I believe the things on the back of the shoes are for Sonic to use the light speed dash. Since Modern Sonic does it by default in Sonic Generations. Plus its quite similar to the power ups for the light dash in Sonic Adventure 1 and 2.

The Super Sonic fig is a lil non-poseable figure by First 4 Figures which was released was before Sonic Generations was announced. Also the bit on the back of Sonic's sneakers is just detailing, serves no purpose.
