its a game called happiness! its a japanese eroge. and its sequel Happiness! Relux.

They also produced an anime from this with the same name.

this video appears to be made up out of the original trailer of the game, the trailer of the sequel, the 4 character centric trailers and the complete version of the song from the original trailer.

they also seem to have removed some nudity that was shown in the original trailers.
