...Something doesnt make sense about this movie...There just arnt enough monkeys to take over the world. A hundred or so monkeys in New York taking out over 10million people, some with firearms for example...It just doesn't work. A little difference in physical muscle just isn't enough to overcome such.

Longtime Apes series fan, wanted to see this for the CG ape extravaganza, knew they were gonna screw the plot eight ways from Tuesday...Not awful, not great. Too small. @natekid4 Yeah because it's TOTALLY easy to get an ape to listen to your directions. If an animal doesn't want to do something, theyre just not gonna do it. Because of this, directors have to work on the ANIMALS time, not THEIR time. This dramatically slows down production whereas on the other hand you could just animate the apes and make them do w/e you want!

@1cmnsents Actually, that's the alternative storyline. Remember in "Escape from the Planet of the Apes" when three apes repaired a ship and went back in time to 1973 Earth? Then on "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes", apes were kept as slave and had revolution just like you said. That was the alternative timeline.

This move sticks to the original timeline where nobody time traveled and there was no confusing paradox.
