Keep your weight back. If you can't figure it out, watch how the pros let their front ends tap the tops. Also - don't shift in the whoops. The reason should be obvious now. Shift up once or twice before you enter, keep your weight back and use the clutch if you need to control the power / ground connection to keep the front end light.

Broken sub-frame... Good luck finding a new one. I ordered mine at the start of November after I snapped it, and I got it January 11th. No one had a 2004 KX250F sub frame.
