I'm just using one of the unobtainable weapons (Not the MIRV, which is just a hidden weapon) and I use basic console commands to open locked doors and add a perk which actually exists in the game and could have obtained conventionally. I have no added/custom content in this video and no visual or audio mods, what's the problem?
