Roelly has all-time arm potential and plenty of total body size potential. So, why not capitalize on those comic book guns instead of taking them for granted?
He has the look and I see he has really got into marketing himself for exposure. That is really going to cause his name to blow up even more. I think Roelly has finally decided to concentrate in other areas of himself and career to take a ride up. +++ What happen to Essau?

warms up / prepares shoulder joints, for heavier weight, trains front delts a little and also trains the small stabilizing "shoulder-muscles"
