I disagree so much on the touchscreen being clumsy. I was nervous buying this w/out trying it out first hand as resistive touch screens usually SUCK. This phone did it almost perfectly. I've never had it not recognize a touch yet. Also, the phone looks SO sexy in person and the pictures are on par with most cell phones. Certainly a better pic than the Iphone takes. Just needs a flash

The guy mentions about it being $350 w contract with t-mobile. Evidently he didn't notice that verizon has it for $200 with contract. I'm getting it ASAP!!
