  • great looking helis!

  • Love watching you fly! Very smooth!

  • You fly very well and your paint work is so pretty.

  • cani just clear up abit, i have both a blade 400 and a 450 se v2/450 pro

the trex 450's are teh more 3D heli because they have a higher pitch range and alot less slop in the head,

the blade 400 can do 3d but nothing percise exactly, but dont get me wrong the 400 can do 3d, but the 450 has the eadge,

but all that aside go fro a trex 500, then feeel the difference :D

ps good flying mate, i like the canopys

  • Haha! dont watch it then.... wouldnt wanna hurt your feelings! lol!

  • Try doing piro flips or flying inverted backwards etc, and then see how well the Blade compares to the trex. Frankly, the blade is a newb's heli. The Trex 450 is a full blown 3d heli.

  • I would not say is a newby's heli. If you are such a "pro" you should not have any issues flying this puppy anyway. It is the way you setup your heli and your abilities that matter most.

  • nice heli's. awesome video. looks like fun

  • @MentalTeleprosy

Man you competely wrong, its not because you see a Blade do a nice flight that the Blade outperforms the T-rex.The T-rex is a 450, the Blade a 400, the T-rex is better for 3D IMO. I think the T-rex is better, and there is even much better than the T-rex.....

    thats all IMHO

  • @BadBramiBoy Align add a '50' to all their sizes as a marketing gimmick. They both swing 325mm blades. If you need more proof, the 250 is the exact same size as a Gaui 200. I use Align carbons on my B400 and they're the same size, trust me (the rex has a *slightly* larger, heavier body). But I agree with your sentiment. I have a rex 250 and 500 too and the quality is a world apart. The *stock* Blade can barely lift off without stripping a servo. Upgrade electrics and you're in business though.

  • But did you see that he had upgrades? The 450 is better for 3D. My opinion.

  • WOW! The Blade really outperforms the Trex in all ways always.

  • Yeah for the money the blade is a very good heli plus you get the dx6i with it

  • Dude is that the theme from the old 80's show airwolf i hear!?

  • I started with a Blade 400, and then bought a Trex 450 SE... the Trex is definitely a better heli but for $270 pnp you cant beat the blade... especially if your new to helis...

  • haha ok here we go.....T-rex is made for those who can afford them high class helis...E-flte, E-sky and so on are for those wanted to taste some thrill of a Hobby like this which is really no big difference compared to "high class, high end and high quality" T-rex and other Pioneers on rc heli products. its all in the money and patience...if you can hold on to your couple hundred bucks and save till 600 to 1000 dollars

  • where'd you get your trex 450 i really wnt one

  • I have tried both for couple of years. Trex in my opinion, parts and product itself is much more higher quality. E-flite (blade 400) is very cheap material used. it's never precise on manuever or powerful as trex. Besides, E-flite parts are very profit oriented. you crash one time,,,almost always cost more then 50.

  • A blade 400 3d or an esky belt cp??which would you prefer??

  • Blade 400 is a good heli, Belt CP is not - atleast it isn't as nice to fly as the Blade. I went from a Blade 400 to a T-Rex 450 and got so disappointed that I sold it. The Rex is better at 3D but not in normal flight. So I bought a Outrage G5, and now I'm gonna get another Blade 400. Says something about how good I think it is!

  • Nice Vid with some great editing, shows both the birds off very nice!

Why do you have ratings disabled though? This vid would do well i was going to give it 5 stars!

  • I have the blade 400,its really kwl but not as good as a trex, but it is cheaper

    5*

  • TREX 450 is thebest for expensive at the start but better in long run and cheaper for replacement parts

  • as Nicolas said!

  • Great vid, I not sure which one to get.. Which one is most stable to fly with all stock parts??

  • Thanks man. If You can spare the money I woud get the TREX 450 over the Blade 400! You can choose your parts for the trex, so its not like IT comes already like the one I have. They do sell them RTF though! You really cant go wrong with the blade 400 for the price you get a sweet heli thats capable of the same plus you get a nice transmitter!

    Hope this helps,

    John

  • which do you prefer, the trex or the blade?

  • The trex 450!

  • how long you been flying mate? as i can see scale flyer writen all over these vids :D great flying ;)

  • awesome paint job

  • Thanx man! I like it too!

  • Please watch my videos comment and subscribe!

  • You said 5 stars but you gave me 3?? what is tha t??lol!

I think both helis have different things to offer I like them both the same, but If I was to buy one first again I would buy the 450 first! The blade is a sweet deal with the TX and cheaper so you cant go wrong! Now rate me again!lol

  • Great video mate, love the look of your helis to,so which of the two helis do you think fly better?as im in two minds to get the t-rex or not, five stars.
