i think it would be a better sound if you played it with your fingers instead of with a plectrum .. that way it would sound a lot less metallic,, so i recommend you try with your fingers and hear the difference in sound ^^

That bar that keeps you from moving your hand smoothly down the whole neck needs rerouted so that it no longer does that. Its an interesting design and concept, but it still needs some tweeking.
