I have been TRYING to post a reply to TheBlackHorse92's question about how I edit in HD, but YouTube has some glitch, so I'm trying a plain post and hoping it'll go through. To anyone who has questions, it's the codec that is used that makes editing HD easy. Trying to edit HD with WMV, Xvid or MPEG is too hard on the software/hardware. These types of files are too compressed. I edit in less compressed codecs like MJPEG AVI (and PRORES because I'm on a Mac).

I love what you've done with this, the inclusion of the clips of Linkin Park playing was genius because the whole thing plays out as a very epic music video. Great snappy editing and clever use of the less pronounced beats- nice timing at 2:37 too!

HD is gorgeous [especially when RA is concerned], I love your production logo/intro, v.cool. Do the AVI HD clips eat as much memory as WMV/ MPEG? My PC can't cope with true HD on Vegas =[
