Just a question,why do you use an ungreased pan?I dont have much experience baking,couldnt you use some pam spray or somthing like that ?

Yes, the bowl or pan can be lightly greased with oil or butter before pouring in the batter. This was our first time using the solar cooker to bake banana bread so we showed exactly what we did in this video. We didn't have trouble unmolding the banana bread even though we didn't grease the bowl.
