I know this is old, but you made a bit of a mistake in that begining bit about the summary of what has been going on in the war. France joined the allied side at the same time as the uk. They Were not neutral. Nice Video anyway.

Hm. I like the way you edited the video, but I am inclined to agree with RazorCell7 in the fact that you didn't keep it historically accurate. The first and second waves at Omaha beach were pinned and bogged down and it took several hours to breach the wall with engineered explosives and not just riflemen.

Plus I think you left out the Luftwaffe effect as well with the infantry being barraged by German fighters, though in reality, that was sparse and highly uneffective comparatively.

Thats done in editing. Its been so long I cant remember the steps. But its nothing fancy, just playing with the settings. Play around with it enough and youll get the look you like best

The map is dod_dogsector. I cannot remember what version it is. Way better than Strand though. No servers seem to play it, hopefully you are a server owner and can start a new trend! Strand really needs to go. Its a good map and all, but there are a few new DDay beach maps that blow it away now. Strand is just a legacy people are comfortable with.

Those sounds were created by Devine Studios.  They are not in game sounds sorry. And I know longer have them, took computer back to factory settings

the first waves of Omaha beach were wiped clean no survivers let alone the very first wave like in this story.. . to me it seems like most of the video should of been on the beach.. you know showing what really happened trying to keep it realistic

I have to admit, for an Machinima, the videography is wonderful. the voice-overs are great. but yes, i agree with Grump, the whole Invasion of Normandy is getting very old, invest some money in Red Orchestra, and do a machinima about Hitlers promise to not invade Russia, but then fell back on his word ultimately launching the Russians into the war.

Again, voices need to be louder. It's impossible to hear them at some points in this episode. Needs to be more forceful, like the guy who was mainly talking. I believe it was Barker? Not sure.
