I did a little reasearch and the monster featured there does very much resemble Savior Star Dragon, but the dragon is a bit more rounded off opposed to the card picture. I say it's Savior Star Dragon though, but there could be an Accel Synchro version that is like a twin...

ah it is a level 10 Synchro monster that needs 3 specific monsters Salvation Dragon - Savior Dragon + Stardust Dragon + one level 1 non-tuner monster.
