  • Coach what is the best reps/sets for this workout and the exercises in it?

  • @EGGSLAMMERHEAD There is no 'right' answer... this isn't an actual workout but rather a mix of all of the exercises we do with our players...

  • hey coach I have a cousin who is really good at basketball. He plays highschool varsity here in canada but he would really like to play for a big school in the states. Is there any chance that dematha is interested

  • @crazeyskill Have him contact Coach Jones directly through DeMatha - I don't have anything to do with bringing players in...

  • whats the difference between using kettle bells and doing the same workouts with regular weights.

  • @joshyyposhyy4287 For the most part, any exercise you can do with a KB you can also do with a DB!

  • Is the first exercise not bad for the lower back?

  • @pokerrich9 It does strengthen the low back as well as the hips and legs!

  • Hey I have a quick question, I'm trying to lose some weight to walk on to college to play ball. But my question is, can stocky person get lean ? I'm not fat and I'm 6foot, plus I'm rather muscular, its just that I look short and chubby

  • @SGKingPhill Sorry, but that is impossible to answer with accuracy.. but yes... everyone can get leaner if they eat properly and follow a progressive workout program. How lean? TBD!

  • @StrongerTeamDotCom

Not too lean, I'm happy with my body, because I'm in good shape, I just want to get a little leaner, similar to Russel Westbrook for example. Right now I'm at like Luol Deng lol

  • @SGKingPhill As long as you are happy with your body that's all that matters :)

  • kettlebell training is sick. i bought myself one of these ages ago and is always a good tool to have if u cant get to the gym!

  • @DdotRedd Agreed! Great tool!

  • How many sets & reps did you make them do of each exercise

  • @solesincere This video isn't intended to be an actual workout, it was created to show the types of exercises with do with our players.... so there is no 'right' set/rep scheme. In general, we want our players using the heaviest weight they can handle properly and safely for 8-12 reps (depending on the exercise).

  • how much does that kettklebell weight

  • @MilanStojanovic9 For most of the exercises they did a light set with a 35 lb or 45 lb and then a heavy set with a 65 lb or 75 lb....

  • *Kettle bell

  • @solesincere Thanks....

  • Great vid as always :) Song name?

  • @pauliuxasz Thanks! Just an instrumental beat I had made for my videos!
