  • Jesus Christ! Now that's some serious sausage making equipment. Good God! As an amateur sausage maker, this just fucking blows me away. Very cool!!!!!!!!!

  • Personally I would look for a new way of lifting the vat of meat into the grinder. We use a MTC lift and VEMAG's. ALKAR's are one of the best ovens around. As far as linking the sticks and logs off the HANDTMANN, theres a twister inside the white piece where the stuffing horn is that is ran from the HANDTMANN that makes the links. Wish the company I work for could run that slow. Were knowin as balls to the wall. They make a Delinker for the link cutting instead of scissors. Its really fast.

  • that is an excellent quality commercial system they have. I don't think it is a mo and pop shop that people just drop their deer off on the back porch :)

    Making you own sausage is commendable but I would not hesitate buying these folks product.

    Thanks for the vid guys. I am still trying to figure out how the sausage stuff mechanism that twists the links works. That is slick :)

  • I had the exact same job for 3 years, here in england working for a company that made sauasge, ham and bacon for the queen. we would make between 1100 and 1700 Kilo of sausage a day, man i hated that job
