that guy is huge! my sifu says that Don hamby is a great guy. I also seen him do some badass Hard Qi gong on that san diego tornament when we did the lion dance for that tornament.
i had the pleasure of training with sifu hamby. he is incredable his body is like iron. i also got to train with his sifu master bucksam kong, that man is nothing short of amazing.
If you have ever seen sifu hamby in person you would know that he is slowing it down for the camera he is incredibly fast
