  • these are a bitch to do, but u feel really good after them FEEL THE BURN!!!!

  • @VinceDelMonte how much weight do You personally use for shoulders?

  • Did anyone else hear a dog bark at 0:57 lol so random

  • its says do 10-15 reps, but the guy can only manage 8.....

  • good use of his time. I'm going to try this too. Also best seems to work to burnout.

  • I just did this workout nd my shoulders are SORE! XD Yyyyeeeeeeaaaaa muscle baby!

  • Quite the superset

  • I think that shoulder press (military press) should be done separately as you should lift much more than your front side raises.

  • surely awesome after 1 month.. at least ;p

  • i just cant stop laughing at his facial expresion..good vid tho bro

  • looks like it really work, that guy is sooo massive.

  • What the Song name ?

  • he looks like popeye while breathing

  • Worst form ever.

  • damn

i can see his 6 pack

  • 0:33

  • heheheh wow

  • he does swing a lot.

  • you do all realise that this workout is just for show, obviously as a fitness fanatic he should know always to do them slow to get the full workouts.. and another reason also is that hes using lightweight so obviously its just for show.

  • @UZ1ERE Do you know what a circuit workout is?

  • He's cheating whne you do this stuff you can't swing otherwise why do it your mucle's aren't getting the full workout.

  • stop swining, and lol at your smile

  • hahaha

  • his bent over raises is totally in a bad posture, and his swaying to fast.. tsk.!

  • his bent over raises is totally in a bad posture, and his swaying to fast.. tsk.!

  • and is this one exercise? or is this all the exercises needed for one day?

  • Ah hahaha )))and he really thinks that it's training? lol

  • This guy teaches you what not to do well working out.

  • why is this guy making instructional videos when he has terrible form?

  • increase 5 pounds a week? you crazy? in two months you expect me to do that with 60s? given that i start with 20s?

i would ask scooby to do a review of this video, but i dont really want him to yell in a pillow again, haha

  • terrible form

  • Ummm... this guy is a canadian fitness model champion and obviously knows what he's talking about. I'd like to see you guys upload your own workout routines and see if you get a following like this bloke does. I use to be a skinny mofo but thanx to this guy's routines and advice I've put on 13kg of solid muscle in 10 weeks. Keep up the good work Vince.

  • @twitchfingaz agree.

  • @twitchfingaz yep i agrea 2, this guy is good, i put on weight of muscle too and becasue of this guy i increase in my bench press by 10kg in just 3 weeks

  • I know he is swinging but never the less you will still feel a pump in the shoulders if you follow the motion, he is just using a bit of momentum

  • i think its really hard...doing this more wrong like he shows

  • this is Nic Workout vince really its working wen doing exercise.....vince can u put video for lower abs workout plzzzzzzzzz.........

  • this is Nic Workout vince really its working wen doing exercise.....vince can u put video for lower abs workout plzzzzzzzzz.........

  • notice how he only does 8 reps of each ? hmm

  • thnx.

  • and this is a blokw we are supposed to learn from???

  • lol he cheating himself haha swinging like that rofl gyming doesnt have to be rushed

  • for front raises you shiuld use hammer grip

  • yall call moving 2inches Swinging? dumb asses...he aint lifting 3lbs like you weaklings...heavy weight will make you move....damn...

  • Some harsh comments here. True about the swing... but honesty... if don't swing, you'll be inclined to use a lighter weight. If you use a heavier weight and swing it ... its a little cheat but if your shoulders are burning, its surely doing the job.

Nice music choice too. I like the video.

  • berus777 very true! he's using alot of momentum to do the exercise. people doing shoulder weights should try to do as much as they can sitting on a bench, it puts a stop to using your legs to say "cheat" the exercise.

  • his form might be shit but he's probably got a more built body than all of you guys bashing on it

  • stupid form.. hahaha!

  • stupid form..

  • With the way he's breathing I'm amazed he doesn't pass out.

  • LMFAO AT HIS FORM!!!

  • if anything this guy is fucking up his back n other joints from swinging around so damn much.

  • hey vince..stumbled across this video in search of a routine to build up my shoulders. .they were virtually non existant after several dislocations, a break, and ligament damage..one was bigger that the other and a bit crooked looking, like someone with over developed front delts . . i did this workout and jesus does it work for me.. they've never felt stronger..are drop sets any harm to progress tho??? .thanks a million!

  • Great exercises bad form....

  • @triznap really? that's what all the skinny 150lb lifters tell me at my gym.

    Form is overrated, kid.

If you wanna get big, listen to your instincts. BUT do it intelligently like I do.

  • @Mu5clehead whatever you say

  • @triznap You obviously don't understand business marketing in the fitness industry.

Sad, but that's how the world works, kid. When you get to my age and earn your MBA you will understand reality.

  • @Mu5clehead OBVIOUSLY!!!!!! MBA what is that Midget Basketball Association? Fuck, Id buy a ticket to that. Ps: Stop being a riteouse loser on youtube n get a life. Thanks a mill :)

  • @triznap You clearly don't even know what an MBA is, what an idiot.

and no problem kid, just speaking the truth.

  • how many sets in total should you be doing if you work a muscle once a week?15? 10?

  • i think those are good shoulder exercices but do you have to breath that heavy with 4pounds on each side?

  • @theSubzero1919 he's faking it, lmao

  • Bad form except for shoulder press

  • he should go slower

  • Focus on the workout people!! I'm going to try this as a burnout after my shoulder workout.

  • No one should be following this. his technnique is terrible. he shoudl not be swinging

  • You know, I don't think he is swinging, its the camera that is moving. Also, that workout rocks, even with 10lb dumbbells its killer. Good workout.

  • This was awesome, now I gotta find what he did for that chest.

  • damn how do i get pecs like yours!

  • i love the way that it says 10-15 reps and his doing 7-9 each time...

  • @wise1tom He's demonstrating the excercises... DURRR. High school drop out?

  • terrible form i hope no one follows this

  • well told..

  • u suck

  • Your form suck dude. Your gonna get hurt. Watch scooby1961 or read a book for proper form.

  • impants

  • Wow, this guy sure likes to swing

  • @weepaul666 Is this bad thing to swing? I've seen pro bodybuilders to swing too and looking at this guy he is good looking even with swinging.. kind of makes me think

  • @weepaul666 his body looks alright so that doesn't matter :)

  • @weepaul666 results man, lets c what u look like.

  • @weepaul666 100 bucks says you´re smaller then him ;)

  • whats the song??????????????????????????

  • @Saarcaa justin timberlake love stoned tiesto remix

  • why is he stuggling so much with such light weight? he must have seriously fatigued his muscles before doing this otherwise this shit is embarassing

  • @pascalown maan !! have you ever been to gym before ?..he is doing all this without any rest + he has already done a whole gym session (guessing from his shape)

  • @pascalown OMG im guessing you have never been at a gym before, first of all these are shoulders were talking about and even when carrying low weights its hard to do it right and secondly hes doing all of these sets with NO REST which is not only hard but killing

  • @bo3abedsama yeah of course ive been at a gym im just saying if your doing those exercises with that weight and your shoulders are not pre-fatigued its pretty embarrasing. I mean this guys shoulders are pretty huge I could understand if he was doing this weight just to show people the exercise but I can't get why he's strugling and bitch please these exercises are easy with any weight below 10kg for any man, which is what he looks like hes using.

  • @pascalown hes also supersetting, which is alot harder

  • For a beginner I guess it`s a start. Overall, you need to isolate each exercise and concentrate on hitting the muscle. Mixing barbells, dumbells and machines to your routine is the wtg.

  • why is he swinging?ive always heared thats counter productive?

  • @barako1966

It's counter productive when your using that kind of weight for that kind of sets (15 reps- cardio/toning/strength training) when your doing high weight strength training (8 reps) or power training (4 reps) you can swing a little on the front raises as long as your swinging with the legs and not the hips AND pausing at the top contraction for a moment. That way your just helping yourself get that SMALL momentum to get the weight up there. If you can't hold the contraction its too

  • @joemichealmurray

    much weight!

  • Obviously there's going to be SOME movement. Ideally there's none except for the muscle group you're working out.

  • i think he makes a mistake. you don't use the same weight for all the deltoids.

  • @miyamotociprian its a Demonstration...Do you know what that is?

  • i heared if you work out every day you'll just destroy the muscle you made the day before. is that true?

  • @ryan215553 yes, this is true. you should do the next workout for those muscles after the delayed soreness has worn off.

  • thx, i go swimming every day so i gte my cardio from that so i guess i don't have to work out everyday

  • would this still be a good workout even if u only do 6-8 reps but with heavier weights...

  • like the exercises, however hate the way he does them slower and more technique may be better

  • Can anyone give me an example of what a rep is?

  • If you can do all that in a row without a break you need more weight on those.

  • unless ur purposely swinging, its not a good idea as it basically wastes time. great excersises though, thanks allot, and ur technique isnt even that bad.

  • hey! man are you a beginner ,'cause I'm and II thought you were not supposed to swing, that's what you did in the first exercise right I'm kind of confuse right here, some help please,I'm not trying to be a smart ass ,I'm asking ,kindly ,thank you very much and you all have a nice time.

  • @ElChile2010 Well, I'm not the video-poster, but I've been training with weights for over four years now. Nah, personally, I wouldn't swing a weight, using momentum takes the resistance off the muscles, it can also (in my experience), lead to nasty accidents. Also, what he is doing, would likely build up a LOT of muscular endurance, Those weights look around twenty+ pounds or 9+ kgs. Control is more appropriate in any exercise, if you get hurt--you can't train, if you can't train, you can't gain

  • @DarkSeraphane Thanks man I really appreciate it,you have a nice day.

  • @ElChile2010

Yeah but if you use the momentum on heavier weight like for power training (4-8 reps) or strength training, you use your legs for momentum not your hips like this guy. That way your just getting it up the tiniest bit and holding at the contraction (top) if you cant hold at the top- too much weight. Just enough momentum to get you off the side. And I would only suggest it on front raises. Look up arnold, ronnie, Jay all them use leg momentum on heavy weights.

  • He's not even holding at the top. He's not going to get as much out of this as he could be.

  • first thing i noticed is this guys very bad technique and Ugly facial expressions.BULLSHIT

  • @TheAsmar911 hahaha ur right..watta face

  • oh dear - form is shocking, and will lead to injury

  • piss poor technigue, his whole body is swinging when doing those exercises

  • such poor breathing

  • ClayDaviSE19 why would this injure him? His movements are controlled and steady. You are just in a body builder mind and think that every weigth you lift has to be extremely heavy. He isn't lifting heavy weights dude.

  • terrible form, your are begging for an injury doing these exercises as he is.

  • para el choto!!

hace fuerza con el cuerpo en vez con los brazos

  • wait, so you do those nonstop like that? and that is a (set) in inself, so lets say id do ALL OF THAT for 3 sets or so?? someone help me out here im all ears.

  • @8ceWonder

yea count it as one set repeat it 3 times imo. but don't do it everytime you work your shoulders just throw it in there sometimes keeps the body guessing so to speak. if you do the same exercises every week exactly in the same way then your body will just get used to it. change it round and stimulate growth. . when i work my shoulders i don't swing them up like in the video but each to their own

  • Really bad form. He's using momentum to raise the weight. I hate to criticize someone who's trying to post something to help people, but this is just not an effective way to increase delt size. To be honest... this guy doesn't have delts to begin with. All of these lifts work, but you need FORM and going through some sort of 5 motion superset with bad form just isn't going to do very much.

  • @Berus777 yea i seen the same thing, dude was cheaching... sumtimes it helps when you lifting heavy though

  • @Berus777 I'm not an expert at this area so I just going to talk by experience.

I acually performed these exercises with proper form but I hit a plateau eventually. I started to perform these exercises with heavier weight and strict swing, that acually showed results.

  • @Berus777 i think he does have delts otherwise he wouldnt win competitions would he ? and he moves a few inches i dont call that swinging, so and maybe you should post a video to help people ? i bet it would be amazing

  • If you post a video like this, don't do too much weight, just do it right so young people don't go hurting themselves doing what you just did in this video. The exercises are good, but you have to do them properly.

    Sorry for my english.

  • swinging a bit??

    Shite video

  • Swinging the weights isn't good for you. You need to use a proper weight in controlled movements. Thanks for spreading a bunch of wrong info that could cause someone injury. tool.

  • lol just did 1 set of this with 4 kg dumbells and gotta say it burned:P

did my reps A LOT slower and more controlled though

  • so many people are quick to talk shit i go gym every day and everyone uses these techniques because there the best, u guys love hating thats all it is fucken haters

  • @3yearappentice you are so right

  • i heard rasing shoulder lifts over eye level can be damaging can any body give me the real anser thanks

  • dude thanks 4 the vid! i looked 4 ever to find a good shoulder workout! It feels GOOOD!

  • Just did this workout with a 5X repeat. Insane...the burn is unreal. Nice workout, highly recommend!!!

  • Great workout will b adding this to mine thanks

  • If everyone is such a freaking expert, then make your of flipping video, shit.

  • ya u want to keep your body as still as possible but it's ok if u need to move your body a little bit as not to put too much strain on your shoulders if u haven't seriously worked them out

  • u can try to sit on a chair to reduce ur body movement

  • arent you supposed to try to keep your core still?

seems like most people have no concept of this.

  • music ????????

  • Justin Timberlake - Lovestoned

  • music ?

  • horribe horrible form.

  • LOL im 17 and i lift 20 pounds 120 times sets of 20(bicepcurls) alternating arms and the only break inbetween is the alternation of arms. Everyone one is like "yo you want to get sronger lift a lot of weight like 8 times do four sets." Wrong, if you want to get stronger you lift a lot of weight as heavy as you can as many times as you can. this will not make you look big but it will make you strong

  • @Faustesh depends on what you mean by strength. If you're reffering to your one rep max on each exersize, then the fastest way to increase it is to do heavy weight, low rep, and many sets. I don't consider 8 reps to be low rep, I'm talking about 3-4 repetitions each set. Then do up to 8 sets per exersize. That's how powerlifters work out, and that's what's gonna make you strong. I personally don't like that style of training because there is more to fitness than 1 rep max.

  • fucking hard cunt bro

shit how do you lift 20 pounds?

hey guys, we got the hulk on youtube brah!!

  • @nbandy3 lol the weight he was lifting in the vid wasnt that heavy thats the point im trying to make hes is strugling with that and i can do it about 120 times

  • thats not how you responded on the personal message you sent me hahahahahahahaah

  • @Faustesh He was showing the exercises. He diddn't tell you how much weight to put on so shut up..

  • in a way that is right. Low weight lots of reps. you got the reps part, but obviously the weight is relatively low compared to what you could do with low repetitions. Soo high reps, high repetitions, relatively lower weight.

  • I was just wondering is it even possible to loose muscle mass through too much cardio?

  • @Plopy187 Yes it's possible, your body burns carbs first, fats second, then protein and muscle. Therefore if you get through all the carbs and fat you'll start burning muscle.

  • @Plopy187 yes, but this is mostly true for people who either don't lift weights, and people who are allready at an extremely low bodyfat %. Most people aren't even able to do outrageous amounts of cardio. If you think there's a risk of losing muscle, I would suggest cutting back on the cardio slightly. Most fitness models do about 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week which is plenty.

  • @Chaaarge

    thanks for that

  • do u have to go through them all with no breaks? cause id shit myself like that..normally take a min break between my sets..is that alrite for the shoulders?

  • better to do a super set just like vinny did, it really digs deep in the shoulder muscle fibres if you beak it is pretty much a watse of time

  • what do you mean?

  • superset, do all 5 movements in a row without stopping , it really gets all the muscle fibres rest then repeat 3-4 times

  • @slayerguitar yeah all of the slow twitch muscle fibers, you gotta do heavy weights too even if you don't feel the burn doing 4-6 reps in the end you'll notice way better gains overall cause different rep ranges work different parts of your muscle

  • too many reps for good bodybuilding i saw this exercise being done with better form for just 7 reps

  • horrible technique

  • @Xuvial I was thinking the SAME exact thing! His technique can call for serious injury.

  • @Xuvial ya that must be why hes so small :P

  • @Xuvial but in all seriousness, if it works it works, as long as he doesn't hurt himself. and to be honest i can see that happening if hes not careful. lol

  • @Xuvial

maan !! have you ever been to gym before ?..he is doing all this without any rest + he has already done a whole gym session (guessing from his shape)

  • @wasif18 I can see he's been working out to reach whatever level he is at, but that doesn't mean that he's done it in a very efficient way. Get the movements and breathing 100% correct and you will be twice as effective as the guy who is out of breath, not taking any rest and doing it wrong.

The goal is to workout a certain set of targetted muscles, so take a rest if you must and get it right. By swaying so much, this guy is putting unwanted strain on his lower back.

  • @Xuvial then why is he so buff, smart ass

  • @jar288 Because he worked his ass off twice as hard as someone who could've been just as "buffed" by not swinging all over the place and having solid, stable movements?

  • @Xuvial not everything is about technique, especially when you start doing heavier weights.

  • @dp100 Idiot! You should not do heavy weight if you can't do the exercise properly with lower weight.

  • @dargon80 your the idiot who is insinuating that i specifically said anything about doing lower weights properly or not.

  • @dp100 You know what, people like you are just 2 stupid to communicate with. Wahtever you said, I meant that if you can't do an exercise properly with lets say 10kg, then you shouldn't do 15kg at all. and if you can't do 15kg properly, then go back to 10 or 12 kg for example and do them properly.

Is this 2 complicated or do you understand my point?

  • @dargon80 oh my lord. The IRONY. I'm too stupid to communicate with? just give up at life, people who are true idiots but are so convicted that they are smart (people like you) are the worst kind of people. And you obviously did not read my reply correctly to have even said the things you have said. Learn to read and decipher them correctly because what you replied with disregarded everything i just said.

  • @dp100 stop crying

  • yeah i noticed only 8 as well

  • it says 10-15, how come he is only doing 8?

  • @hardudoooid STFU.

  • @damnedfire GTFO

  • Too much swaying. I know some people say it doesn't matter, but it can causes injuries and unwarranted strain.

  • dude he's swaying his body so much haha, your supposed to stay still as possible
