you do all realise that this workout is just for show, obviously as a fitness fanatic he should know always to do them slow to get the full workouts.. and another reason also is that hes using lightweight so obviously its just for show.
Ummm... this guy is a canadian fitness model champion and obviously knows what he's talking about. I'd like to see you guys upload your own workout routines and see if you get a following like this bloke does. I use to be a skinny mofo but thanx to this guy's routines and advice I've put on 13kg of solid muscle in 10 weeks. Keep up the good work Vince.
@twitchfingaz yep i agrea 2, this guy is good, i put on weight of muscle too and becasue of this guy i increase in my bench press by 10kg in just 3 weeks
Some harsh comments here. True about the swing... but honesty... if don't swing, you'll be inclined to use a lighter weight. If you use a heavier weight and swing it ... its a little cheat but if your shoulders are burning, its surely doing the job.
berus777 very true! he's using alot of momentum to do the exercise. people doing shoulder weights should try to do as much as they can sitting on a bench, it puts a stop to using your legs to say "cheat" the exercise.

@weepaul666 Is this bad thing to swing? I've seen pro bodybuilders to swing too and looking at this guy he is good looking even with swinging.. kind of makes me think
@pascalown maan !! have you ever been to gym before ?..he is doing all this without any rest + he has already done a whole gym session (guessing from his shape)
@pascalown OMG im guessing you have never been at a gym before, first of all these are shoulders were talking about and even when carrying low weights its hard to do it right and secondly hes doing all of these sets with NO REST which is not only hard but killing
@bo3abedsama yeah of course ive been at a gym im just saying if your doing those exercises with that weight and your shoulders are not pre-fatigued its pretty embarrasing. I mean this guys shoulders are pretty huge I could understand if he was doing this weight just to show people the exercise but I can't get why he's strugling and bitch please these exercises are easy with any weight below 10kg for any man, which is what he looks like hes using.
For a beginner I guess it`s a start. Overall, you need to isolate each exercise and concentrate on hitting the muscle. Mixing barbells, dumbells and machines to your routine is the wtg.
It's counter productive when your using that kind of weight for that kind of sets (15 reps- cardio/toning/strength training) when your doing high weight strength training (8 reps) or power training (4 reps) you can swing a little on the front raises as long as your swinging with the legs and not the hips AND pausing at the top contraction for a moment. That way your just helping yourself get that SMALL momentum to get the weight up there. If you can't hold the contraction its too
unless ur purposely swinging, its not a good idea as it basically wastes time. great excersises though, thanks allot, and ur technique isnt even that bad.
hey! man are you a beginner ,'cause I'm and II thought you were not supposed to swing, that's what you did in the first exercise right I'm kind of confuse right here, some help please,I'm not trying to be a smart ass ,I'm asking ,kindly ,thank you very much and you all have a nice time.
@ElChile2010 Well, I'm not the video-poster, but I've been training with weights for over four years now. Nah, personally, I wouldn't swing a weight, using momentum takes the resistance off the muscles, it can also (in my experience), lead to nasty accidents. Also, what he is doing, would likely build up a LOT of muscular endurance, Those weights look around twenty+ pounds or 9+ kgs. Control is more appropriate in any exercise, if you get hurt--you can't train, if you can't train, you can't gain
Yeah but if you use the momentum on heavier weight like for power training (4-8 reps) or strength training, you use your legs for momentum not your hips like this guy. That way your just getting it up the tiniest bit and holding at the contraction (top) if you cant hold at the top- too much weight. Just enough momentum to get you off the side. And I would only suggest it on front raises. Look up arnold, ronnie, Jay all them use leg momentum on heavy weights.
ClayDaviSE19 why would this injure him? His movements are controlled and steady. You are just in a body builder mind and think that every weigth you lift has to be extremely heavy. He isn't lifting heavy weights dude.
wait, so you do those nonstop like that? and that is a (set) in inself, so lets say id do ALL OF THAT for 3 sets or so?? someone help me out here im all ears.
yea count it as one set repeat it 3 times imo. but don't do it everytime you work your shoulders just throw it in there sometimes keeps the body guessing so to speak. if you do the same exercises every week exactly in the same way then your body will just get used to it. change it round and stimulate growth. . when i work my shoulders i don't swing them up like in the video but each to their own
Really bad form. He's using momentum to raise the weight. I hate to criticize someone who's trying to post something to help people, but this is just not an effective way to increase delt size. To be honest... this guy doesn't have delts to begin with. All of these lifts work, but you need FORM and going through some sort of 5 motion superset with bad form just isn't going to do very much.
@Berus777 I'm not an expert at this area so I just going to talk by experience.
I acually performed these exercises with proper form but I hit a plateau eventually. I started to perform these exercises with heavier weight and strict swing, that acually showed results.
@Berus777 i think he does have delts otherwise he wouldnt win competitions would he ? and he moves a few inches i dont call that swinging, so and maybe you should post a video to help people ? i bet it would be amazing
If you post a video like this, don't do too much weight, just do it right so young people don't go hurting themselves doing what you just did in this video. The exercises are good, but you have to do them properly.
Swinging the weights isn't good for you. You need to use a proper weight in controlled movements. Thanks for spreading a bunch of wrong info that could cause someone injury. tool.
so many people are quick to talk shit i go gym every day and everyone uses these techniques because there the best, u guys love hating thats all it is fucken haters
ya u want to keep your body as still as possible but it's ok if u need to move your body a little bit as not to put too much strain on your shoulders if u haven't seriously worked them out
LOL im 17 and i lift 20 pounds 120 times sets of 20(bicepcurls) alternating arms and the only break inbetween is the alternation of arms. Everyone one is like "yo you want to get sronger lift a lot of weight like 8 times do four sets." Wrong, if you want to get stronger you lift a lot of weight as heavy as you can as many times as you can. this will not make you look big but it will make you strong
@Faustesh depends on what you mean by strength. If you're reffering to your one rep max on each exersize, then the fastest way to increase it is to do heavy weight, low rep, and many sets. I don't consider 8 reps to be low rep, I'm talking about 3-4 repetitions each set. Then do up to 8 sets per exersize. That's how powerlifters work out, and that's what's gonna make you strong. I personally don't like that style of training because there is more to fitness than 1 rep max.
@nbandy3 lol the weight he was lifting in the vid wasnt that heavy thats the point im trying to make hes is strugling with that and i can do it about 120 times
in a way that is right. Low weight lots of reps. you got the reps part, but obviously the weight is relatively low compared to what you could do with low repetitions. Soo high reps, high repetitions, relatively lower weight.
@Plopy187 Yes it's possible, your body burns carbs first, fats second, then protein and muscle. Therefore if you get through all the carbs and fat you'll start burning muscle.
@Plopy187 yes, but this is mostly true for people who either don't lift weights, and people who are allready at an extremely low bodyfat %. Most people aren't even able to do outrageous amounts of cardio. If you think there's a risk of losing muscle, I would suggest cutting back on the cardio slightly. Most fitness models do about 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week which is plenty.
do u have to go through them all with no breaks? cause id shit myself like that..normally take a min break between my sets..is that alrite for the shoulders?
@slayerguitar yeah all of the slow twitch muscle fibers, you gotta do heavy weights too even if you don't feel the burn doing 4-6 reps in the end you'll notice way better gains overall cause different rep ranges work different parts of your muscle
@Xuvial but in all seriousness, if it works it works, as long as he doesn't hurt himself. and to be honest i can see that happening if hes not careful. lol
@wasif18 I can see he's been working out to reach whatever level he is at, but that doesn't mean that he's done it in a very efficient way. Get the movements and breathing 100% correct and you will be twice as effective as the guy who is out of breath, not taking any rest and doing it wrong.
The goal is to workout a certain set of targetted muscles, so take a rest if you must and get it right. By swaying so much, this guy is putting unwanted strain on his lower back.
@jar288 Because he worked his ass off twice as hard as someone who could've been just as "buffed" by not swinging all over the place and having solid, stable movements?
@dp100 You know what, people like you are just 2 stupid to communicate with. Wahtever you said, I meant that if you can't do an exercise properly with lets say 10kg, then you shouldn't do 15kg at all. and if you can't do 15kg properly, then go back to 10 or 12 kg for example and do them properly.
Is this 2 complicated or do you understand my point?
@dargon80 oh my lord. The IRONY. I'm too stupid to communicate with? just give up at life, people who are true idiots but are so convicted that they are smart (people like you) are the worst kind of people. And you obviously did not read my reply correctly to have even said the things you have said. Learn to read and decipher them correctly because what you replied with disregarded everything i just said.

ya u want to keep your body as still as possible but it's ok if u need to move your body a little bit as not to put too much strain on your shoulders if u haven't seriously worked them out
SuperFry247 1 year ago
u can try to sit on a chair to reduce ur body movement
elner123 1 year ago
arent you supposed to try to keep your core still?
seems like most people have no concept of this.

Faustesh 1 year ago
@Faustesh depends on what you mean by strength. If you're reffering to your one rep max on each exersize, then the fastest way to increase it is to do heavy weight, low rep, and many sets. I don't consider 8 reps to be low rep, I'm talking about 3-4 repetitions each set. Then do up to 8 sets per exersize. That's how powerlifters work out, and that's what's gonna make you strong. I personally don't like that style of training because there is more to fitness than 1 rep max.

fucking hard cunt bro
shit how do you lift 20 pounds?
hey guys, we got the hulk on youtube brah!!
nbandy3 1 year ago
@nbandy3 lol the weight he was lifting in the vid wasnt that heavy thats the point im trying to make hes is strugling with that and i can do it about 120 times
Faustesh 1 year ago
thats not how you responded on the personal message you sent me hahahahahahahaah
nbandy3 1 year ago
@Faustesh He was showing the exercises. He diddn't tell you how much weight to put on so shut up..
Coceyesh 1 year ago
in a way that is right. Low weight lots of reps. you got the reps part, but obviously the weight is relatively low compared to what you could do with low repetitions. Soo high reps, high repetitions, relatively lower weight.

I was just wondering is it even possible to loose muscle mass through too much cardio?
Plopy187 1 year ago
@Plopy187 Yes it's possible, your body burns carbs first, fats second, then protein and muscle. Therefore if you get through all the carbs and fat you'll start burning muscle.
bjwinning 1 year ago
@Plopy187 yes, but this is mostly true for people who either don't lift weights, and people who are allready at an extremely low bodyfat %. Most people aren't even able to do outrageous amounts of cardio. If you think there's a risk of losing muscle, I would suggest cutting back on the cardio slightly. Most fitness models do about 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week which is plenty.
Chaaarge 1 year ago
@Chaaarge
thanks for that
Plopy187 1 year ago
do u have to go through them all with no breaks? cause id shit myself like that..normally take a min break between my sets..is that alrite for the shoulders?
Drifter904 1 year ago
better to do a super set just like vinny did, it really digs deep in the shoulder muscle fibres if you beak it is pretty much a watse of time
slayerguitar 1 year ago
what do you mean?
phekz0r 1 year ago
superset, do all 5 movements in a row without stopping , it really gets all the muscle fibres rest then repeat 3-4 times
slayerguitar 1 year ago
@slayerguitar yeah all of the slow twitch muscle fibers, you gotta do heavy weights too even if you don't feel the burn doing 4-6 reps in the end you'll notice way better gains overall cause different rep ranges work different parts of your muscle

too many reps for good bodybuilding i saw this exercise being done with better form for just 7 reps

@Xuvial I was thinking the SAME exact thing! His technique can call for serious injury.
europeangoddess8 1 year ago 2
@Xuvial ya that must be why hes so small :P
bookick 1 year ago
@Xuvial but in all seriousness, if it works it works, as long as he doesn't hurt himself. and to be honest i can see that happening if hes not careful. lol

@Xuvial
maan !! have you ever been to gym before ?..he is doing all this without any rest + he has already done a whole gym session (guessing from his shape)

Xuvial 1 year ago
@Xuvial then why is he so buff, smart ass
jar288 1 year ago
@jar288 Because he worked his ass off twice as hard as someone who could've been just as "buffed" by not swinging all over the place and having solid, stable movements?
Xuvial 1 year ago
@Xuvial not everything is about technique, especially when you start doing heavier weights.
dp100 1 year ago
@dp100 Idiot! You should not do heavy weight if you can't do the exercise properly with lower weight.
dargon80 1 year ago
@dargon80 your the idiot who is insinuating that i specifically said anything about doing lower weights properly or not.
dp100 1 year ago
@dp100 You know what, people like you are just 2 stupid to communicate with. Wahtever you said, I meant that if you can't do an exercise properly with lets say 10kg, then you shouldn't do 15kg at all. and if you can't do 15kg properly, then go back to 10 or 12 kg for example and do them properly.
Is this 2 complicated or do you understand my point?
dargon80 1 year ago
@dargon80 oh my lord. The IRONY. I'm too stupid to communicate with? just give up at life, people who are true idiots but are so convicted that they are smart (people like you) are the worst kind of people. And you obviously did not read my reply correctly to have even said the things you have said. Learn to read and decipher them correctly because what you replied with disregarded everything i just said.
