You're not very intelligent. I suggest completing lower level education classes. If that fails, succumb to even lower levels. Start with basic hygiene, then move up to coloring classes. Crime happens in all populations especially when poverty is involved however even when other factors are equal the different races do differ in rates of violent behavior. You're not very intelligent. I suggest completing lower level education classes. If that fails, succumb to even lower levels. Start with basic hygiene, then move up to coloring classes. End, if possible, with at least a 7th grade education. That will at least get you a job mowing grass or washing cars; about the limit you brain can handle. For god's sake, only wash cars or mow lawns, don't attempt to do both. Your brain cannot handle simple multi-tasking situations.

However in the recent years I've been witnessing as a increasing number of people are coming here to beg (and they can't even speak Portuguese properly) on the streets or live a life of crime. With the way unemployment is there is no reason to have to open borders.

Crime happens in all populations especially when poverty is involved however even when other factors are equal the different races do differ in rates of violent behavior. In terms of safety i'd rather live in a poor white community that a middle class black area.
