ok... just go to Filter, then go down to Distort, then click Liquify. A new screen will pop up with your options on the left column.

what photoshop are you using, i have photoshop cs2 (education version) and photoshop cs3, but neither of them do what you did in this video. neither of them even have pinch in the liquify and filter. its amazing how you just moved over the picture, pressing the button on your mouse and you easily changed the size of certain parts of her body. you did it so effortlessly, every photoshop i have, its not this easy. if anybody knows how to do this exactly like he does it in the video, please tell me
