  • Kimbo SLICE !

  • I'm watching the bts right now and it was a black screen composite. You do still see the edges though. Odd that it didn't come out better. that technology was well established by then.

  • It is too noticable that they were using green screen, It makes the magic go away:(

  • omg! my sister got a Jareth t-shirt today! my other sister is probobly gonna steal it! lmao

  • OMG - amazing. hahaha.

  • LOVE this movie. Must have watched it hundreds and hundreds of times when I was a young teenager. This was one of my favorite parts! The Chilly Downs rock!!!

  • AMGGGG! i want one of those things, but not the fat one, he was all blepberidnfgoindfngchipbags in her face D: he scares me.

  • This is one of those things from my childhood that will never stop being terrifying. Like the owl from Rock A Doodle...

  • ohhh my god that mother effing owl!!! scared me shitless as a little kid

  • This used to scare tha freak out of me!!

but i love tha movie now!! haha :)

  • No i get it, i was given this for christmas when i was...nine? And they scared the crap out of me.

I love the know though, id hang with them ;)

  • i don't get why these could have scared u guys when u were little. I was 7 when i first saw this movie, and it didn't creep me out at all. :S

  • Maybe because they're ripping off their limbs? Just a guess.

  • These guys are on CRACK!

  • Until a week ago I thought they were saying "Getting down with fire." My sister resents me for that. XD This is one of her favorite movies. It's also one of my favs. I will always love this movie, I grew up watching this all the time. But I never completely understood what the "muppet-esque" creatures were saying. So I thought "Getting down with fire". lol.

  • LOL. I thought it was 'getting down with the fire thang' PMSL.

Its 'Getting down with the fun gang' so... Kind of close. ;D

  • Actually it's "Chilly down with the fire gang."

  • Such weird shit...but it's so awesome!!!

  • best movie ever

  • dude i fucking love this move FUCK ALL HATERS, like this movie pwns every other movie :D

  • I just love how damn unique this entire movie is... wonder if that has anything to do with who was in it.

  • This used to give me nightmares.

  • I don't know why. This looks awesome in a dream to me.

  • I love these guys they are just so damn awesome, of all the puppets and monsters in movies this group are one of kind in my view.

  • I'm 22, I just saw this movie for the first time last night. When these guys showed up I was scared shitless for a little bit, but then I realized how downright fucking awesome they are.

  • @MeatFilledPastry I was born in 1979 and saw this movie when it first came out in 1986. Believe me this scene was both scary and thrilling as a seven year old.

  • BIG LIPPED ALIGATOR MOMENT!!!

  • LMAO

  • this part always scared me when i was a little kid too, but i still love it. if you weren't freaked out by it you probably were older...

  • 1:05

  • Haha! That's my favorite part!

  • uhhh........

  • If you listen to the sound track of Labyrinth, theres an extra lyric that could have made this scene SO much more disturbing...

"Double dealin', rockin', rollin', and a reelin'

    With the mackin' sex appealin'.

Can you dig our groovy feelin'?"

No, you guys ARE NOT sex appealing at all!!!

  • lol

  • I loved this film and still do! I must admit this bit always creeped me out too. And it still kinda of does, but it makes me laugh a whole lot more :)

  • Take moar drugs. It will make moar sense.

  • is it just me or is this slower then the real movie

  • I loved this movie when i was little, but this part always creeped me out.

  • Is it just me, or are you guys reminded of those fire dudes from Conker's Bad Fur Day?

    "HEY MR. FURRY GUY!"

  • They were probably inspired by these guys to make the characters.

  • I dont know why these things freaked you guys out when you were kids. When I was 5 I thought they were AWESOME

  • I always wondered why they were trying to take off her head when they said everyone throws their OWN heads...they cheat! Haha

  • Roll em.......SNAKE EYES!!!!

  • Kevin Clash was definitely the...thing at 2:34. "Hey lady! Where you going with a heeead like that?" And the next...thing just seems to suddenly come up with the idea to take off her head as if they hadn't previously attempted the aforementioned feat.

  • whats the original song called and original artist. what are the lyrics to this song and the lyrics to the original. small winky. Thanks

  • Best 80s movie ever

  • show you a good time

  • Yeah! Let's take her apart!

  • This part of the movie always freaked me out when I was younger. The thought of these things chasing me down, trying to tear me apart for their games... Sorta interesting that a child's mind can easily make this scene so much more distubingly gruesome than it really was...

  • I love this song! Unlike most of the commenters this scene never freaked me out. XP That was some great puppetry there.

  • Jim Henson Company ROCKS in puppet making and puppet mastery, The Muppets are still my favs.

  • David Bowie was great in this movie and all the songs he made for this movie I made sure I got them, loved this movie when I was younger and now I introduced it to my daughter and now she can't stop watching it.

My favorite movie of all time <3333

  • my favourite movie!

and this is one of the best scenes in it

    WOOOOOOOOO

  • David Bowie wrote all the music in the movie. I love him. He's sooo talented!!!!

  • when i first saw this i cracked up laughing so hard. =P

  • love that movie as much as I luv anything in life (save for my parents, maybe). I know it's stupid, but I really do LOVE Jereth in this film!!!

  • the first time i saw this i could not eat chicken legs for the longest time!!

  • i think these creatures disturbed me the most in the movie when i was a kid :D fom they started puling of their bodyparts :P but the song is cool ^^

  • I thought Sir Didymus was cool too,

  • yeah no doubt but HOGGLE for life!

    this song is the dopest.

  • They were the coolest creatures in that movie.

  • ya. david bowie was really hot in it.

  • i haven't seen this forever... i actually got it as a surprise gift for xmas on DVD

  • Dude me too! bet you were well chuffed!

i know there not a band but anyone know if they (they in air brackets, cos there puppets) recorded any other songs? they should sooo do cameos in other films!

  • About the only thing that springs to mind is the song "Tongue Tied" from British TV series Red Dwarf, sung by Danny John-Jules, who voices one of the puppets and does most of the singing for them.

  • i never knew that, i was doing the red dwarf intellagence test only the other day to some younger relatives, i allways get invited to family stuff cos they save money on a clown

  • lol! ..chuffed?!!? lol!

  • Man, those things always gave me nightmares when I was little. *Shudders* Only bad thing about the movie, in my opinion.

  • I totally agree! They still freak me out, but I love the song so I had to watch this cause I forgot what they looked like. Bad idea. ;-; It paused at the beginning at 0:03 cause my computer's evil.

  • LOL, that must have been awful. But the song is cool, I just bought the soundtrack, it's great!

  • Totally random but mine does that all the time. I use firefox and when I switch to IE, I have no problems. ;)

  • okay freakiest characters that scared you when you were little.. a tie between these guys and oompa loompas.

  • I like how one sounds like a demented elmo. these things freaked me out when i a was little but i still loved em.

  • 00:10 look at the one behind XD

  • what about it ?

  • it jus made me laugh the way he was dancin thats all lol srry i was bored so i felt like writing it XD

  • ohhhh ok :D great video isnt it!

  • yep i miss this film lol

  • so cute

  • This scene used to scare me, but now it makes me laugh so hard! Wonderful scene!

  • lol

  • The Fieries are my favorite characters, next to Sir Didymus!

  • these things always creeped me out... since i first saw it when i was 3-4.... id have horrible nightmares that they were tossing my head around....UUUGGGHHH!!!! but i still love em and this music... i mean how cnt u... its terrifi!!!!!

  • ther actioly real fairy myth and legend

  • 00:46-00:48

    She's Moonwalking!

  • ppfftt hardly

  • At 00:46,doesn't it almost look like she's walking backwards in time with the music?

  • I only JUST saw this movie yesterday. My 'loving' mother thought it'd freak me out... Which this part kind did. But it's a trainwreck, you can't look away! The song is so up-beat, but he actual puppets freak me out xD

  • These are some of the best puppets I've ever seen! This is one of my favorite parts, too-I love this song!

  • those things disturb me...

    a great deal...

great puppetry though...it's like they're REAL...which is really creepy.

Omg, they're so scary...why do they need to sing so good?

    ~Hippie

  • haha i love this movie.

    absolutely fabulous soundtrack

  • i like those guys

  • yes, but VERY enjoyable for childrens!

  • Not only for children! :D

  • I always wondered why Sarah only threw 4 of their heads at the end... Just noticed one of them accidently knocks the fat one's head off! ROFL! Genius!

  • Man, now I got to look uo the lyrics to this song. It is awesome!

  • Ahh, the best part in the movie:)

  • This scene used to freak me out when I was younger XD

  • This movie was frickin sweet & this was my fav part i busted out laughing like crazy TYSVVM 4 posting man!

  • seriously, this was the scariest scene i have ever seen! its creepy and weird..when i was little i was sooo scared to watch this..i always thought if i watched it, it would make me sick or throw up...i was stupid lol...but yea this whole movie was kinda odd..ha

  • when I first saw this scene, I got kinda sick, but now I love this whole movie!!!

  • thanks!!! i looked everywhere for this part and couldn't find it anywhere. i love this part.

  • haha, I love the end where she rips all of their heads off...

  • This part is so damn freaky, but I can't stop looking at it!!! Ahh!!

  • Lol...I used to love this part of the move....Still brings a smile to my face....Thanks for uploading this *adds to faves*

  • Oh man, the Fireys look so odd and freaky! Dem flexible legs!! I wonder if it's humanly possible to move like that. ...I know that those were probably animatronic, but *STILL* they're so flexible!!!

  • it was really 3 different ppl doin the 1

  • actually they are not animatronic, they were pupets attached to people. You don't see the people because they first filmed this scene on a black velvet stage, and wore all black velvet(the darkest material) and then used computers to add the back ground seen in the movie. It is all in the "makeing of Labyrinth" documentary found on the DVD.

  • I just watched that today and that part amazed me.

  • Alot of movies creeped me out as a kid... But this one never did surprisingly! I just loved this song!

  • Notice all the fireys speak with african american sounding dialects? Think about it...

  • Except for the fact that one of them is most definitely british, ie, Danny John Jules...

  • Omg, This movie was such a huge part of my childhood its not funny. Thanks for uploading. I agree it's better on CD but the video still brings back alot to me. Faved. >.>

  • i love this part of the movie... lol

  • Yeah CD sounds way better. They're in sync more, sound more fun-loving and wild, and the CD part includes a rap part all about them! (drive you crazy, really lazy, eye rollin' funk strolling..) they sound WAY better anyways in the CD...point made.

  • What is the CD that people are talking about? I didn't know of an avalible sound track, and i am practically obsessed with this movie!!

  • Labyrinth soundtrack. They re-released it with special new digital sound!

  • it's a good soundtrack i have it

  • this was my favorite part when i was little. The Labyrinth is so timeless. I bet my grandkids are going to love this movie and i dont even have regular kids!

  • the best song in the labyrinth has to be as the world falls down...i love it!

  • this is like my fav scene in the movie!!!

...but i didnt have my precious david bowie in it...

    only draw back :P

  • these guys always freaked me out when i was little but i loved the movie and still do.

  • The Chorus seems too watery and weak in the film version. This song is a million times better on the cd.

  • I agree, after listening to the cd version so many times, the one in the movie pales in comparison.
