when I was doing an isolated roll with bigger blue belt guys (i'm a white belt), I felt it a lot easier to escape side control than the people my own size
Just discovered this girl recently. She is a really good instructor. It is a pleasure to listen to her explain things. Nice work. BJJ needs more women.
Maybe i cn actually learn domthing bc everyother vid i dnt and this really helped i need to learn bc my cousin everytime i c her she pinns me and she spits on me punches me kicks me and tickles me and sometimes she gets her sisters to help her they all do karate or tawquandoe or one of those and r very close to black belts sooo this helps alot! Thanks soo much for posting :D
Great tip!! I feel the same way....prevention! Preventing the pass, the pin, WAY BEFORE they get their grips or settle their weight down. That change in mindset is huge and I wish I learned that years ago.
I feel like this video can not only help BJJ and submission wrestling but also for Judokas as well. Big part of Judo is pinning your opponent on the ground and I've had many Judo sessions where I got pinned and didn't know what to do :/
@sleepykid156 Actually what she explains is very basic stuff for Judokas. I know it's because BJJ guys don't usually practice pins, but there are literally tons of other Judo vids explaining this very principle. Like whenever I want clarification on what's typically a BJJ tech or trick, I know I can most likely find that info somewhere on the ytube. Still, a very cool video. I like the way her pony tail bounces.
that's so true

Passioned MA women often have the better technique. they are used to compensate the less muscle they have compared to men.

what a highly contagious laugh she has.... (5:05) - however very useful and pragmatic approach to BJJ - I like it - a lot!

I really like these videos. They explain concepts and strategies instead of just some move.
