No. Aggressive rap like this is merely a creative expression of exaggerated anger, it cannot warp or damage anybody's brain.

Fucked up people might be able to relate to this kind of music easier and thus entice them to do something they were already going to do in the first place, but for the majority this music stops them from potentially fucked up things because they can channel their anger into the song rather than actually expressing themselves violently
