  • LOL..haha, that took some guts. cops in NYC park wherever and however they want when they go to get something to eat. ive even seen a cop double park his car and then go in a pizza shop to eat lmao

  • The reason they can park like that is because they may be called to an emergency and you would not want them to have to run down the street, to a parking garage, up the stairs and carefully out the garage if you were on the ground bleeding. So for that reason, they stop for coffee, lunch or to handle a call they can park where they want. Its actually your ignorance that makes it seem wrong bu they need to be able and are able to park where they want.

  • @dsvstheworld1 On the Fire Department when we go out to get something to eat, and take a truck, why can't we park wherever we want then, because I'm sure you'd want an ambulance there before a cop if you're laying on the ground bleeding...

  • @metallicafan3113 i agree

  • 192 Dislike are Cops.

  • SO HARDCORE

  • you can put those pretty pieces of paper on the funny lookin car with the little blinkin lights all you want, but untill you are friends with a judge at the courthouse, all its ever gonna be is a pretty piece of paper and not a ticket

  • Do it fast before he get out!! RUN RUN RUN! Oh man! That was the badass thing we've done man!..

  • Wow, you guys are reeeealy bad ass

  • i wanna go to sleep but can't stop watching cop videos.

  • Awkward moment when uploader's user name gets negative votes...

  • 187 COPS

  • lol awesome - cops take too many privileges, and parking is not one they should have. I have to pay approx $400 a year to park on my street outside my flat.

  • Why do you look all scared I would of just put it on there not like you

  • LOL All these comments talking about ambulances going over the speed limit and such have me thinking back to the movie Paramedics with the Fat Boys.

  • lol beaners

  • @vafaneh Firetrucks hoses can go over the car. It is possible. I have even seen them put the hose THROUGH a car to get to a fire hydrant. Also what if the cop was responding to a call? If you had called the cops for someone in your house would you want the cops to drive around for an extra 10 minutes looking for a parking spot? I feel like you wouldn't, so think of possiblities he could have parked there before judging cops who are risking there lives for people they don't even know like you.

  • The poor cop sure got what he deserved. You guys are really rough and tough. I bet the cops really fear you guys.

  • Just asking for shit.

  • OMG YOUR SO HARDCORE!!!!

  • I agree, ticket that cop.

However, this fool should also be cited for Jaywalking.

  • @Omniception they took out the jaywalking thing awhile ago. at least where I lived. It's ridiculous to have to walk a block down the street and walk a block back just to cross the street to where you want to go.

  • @DraginGaming I doubt they "took out" jay walking where you live. It takes quite alot of political action to actually remove a law from the books. However, even if you are correct and it is legal where you live, or anywhere for that matter...if you take a look at this video, he isn't crossing the street. He is endangering himself and motorists by blocking the road while he "makes a point". Jaywalking would likely be less expensive than "reckless endangerment" or the sort.

  • @jouseflove Sometimes when I poop, I stand and admire it.

  • Something tells me that he's not actually a parking authority, and the ticket isn't specifically for the cop. Maybe its "borrowed" from a nearby car?

  • LOLz, EPIC!

  • Watch out everyone! We got a badass over here!!

  • I'm guessing you guys are from yemen?

  • That guy in the lime Green shirt is a fruitcake.

  • hope u didnt get in trouble for that even though the cop parked wrong and u called on him for it thats funny thumbs up to u!:)

  • @jacksoft666....So by your warped reasoning, you protest against the alleged unlawful killing by the police officer, but then think it just for two men to kill the police officer as they did? Wow,what an hypocrit you are.You also obviously have mental issues as you're quite plainly one sick individual!

  • @jacosoft666 amen

  • Damn you are pretty hardcore

  • When the lights are not flashing the emergency vehicles do have to follow the rules of the road. When the lights are on and the sirens are going which is in an emergency. They can speed WHEN it is safe at there discretion. They are also only allowed to go through red lights or stop signs when it is safe when the lights and sirens are on.

  • beaners..

  • u ppl r so stupid, nothing happens to the police officers when u dumb fucks wana go all citizen cop an shit, your wasting yout time, get a job an go to work, worry about other things plz, thank u

  • @frostitute85 In other words: "Go back to sleep"? Fuck you, it's people like you that diminish the ability for a human being to stand up for themselves and take their rightful place of respect amongst these manipulative fucks reliant on their corrupt systems.

  • @LerakKcirtapEimaj WOW are u mad lil cry baby, hes a cop there job is way more stressful then your regular minimum wage job u sorry fuck, dont worry about where a cop parks dumbass, its not that big of a deal, your probably sum idiot that does stupid things in your daily life an get tickets or in trouble an hate cops for them doin there job, go to hell or kill yourself your worthless citizen

  • @frostitute85,

I don't hate cops, I've gotten one ticket in my 10 years of driving, and I make $45K as a software developer. What I hate is hypocrisy, particularly hypocrisy in authority. What the officer did in this scenario is dangerous for the people in the building. The law is in place for other people's safety. If a fire started, what if the officer forgot about his car while trying to help people. Then the fire dept would be blocked.

  • Comment removed

  • @Yamazon3 what boring clone job u have must be fun sitting down an doin the same shit everyday, dont worry about a cops job its more difficult then your computer crap u do okay.

  • @Yamazon3 second its not dangerous the police an firefighter communication is the same sense 911 its called NIMS so if a fire had started the police officer would of heard it on his radio

  • Police can get away with anything...

  • @MrSlimpickenz no, they can't. i promise. they can TRY... and often succeed...

but lots of people succeed at getting away with whatever they want regardless of the law.

% of crimes committed versus crimes convicted/pleaded guilty/nolo contere is probably less than half

  • fuck the police

  • so it's ok to jaywalk and block traffic just for a parking ticket?

  • i hate todays pinnoys. pinnoys do not work, sponge off the government, smoke and produce babies. thats it. can u name one famous pinnoy in history? well that and the fact that jesus christ sucks

  • First, the officer was likely responding to a call. If you needed help would you expect the officer to keep circling the block looking for a parking spot? Secondly, it is typical in NYC for the officer to shut off the engine and take the keys with him because some asshole might steal the patrol car if it's left running with lights on. The retardation in these comments is laughable.

  • @MrQuestionAuthority I hope you weren't expecting to find anything but laughable, stupid comments. This is YouTube, after all.

  • try pulling this stunt in whatever third world country you come from..see how quick they cane you with a bamboo stick...appreciate the police here

  • next time there is a fire @ your house make sure you check the firefighters jacket pockets for your valuables.....firefighter72 you guys have everyone fooled into thinking youre heroes...how dare you guys use the loss of your"brothers" for personal gain i.e. concert tkts, discounts @ every possible business establishment, and the icing on the cake was extreme home makeover where 2 FF's roomates got their apt redone...no tradgedy,no taking in orphan kids,no med condition...only coz theyre FF's

  • wow idiots emergency vehicles can park anywhere they want

  • Fucking kurry eating pieces of shit, go back to India!

  • LOL, what'd you write? and with what? A post-it note?

I know they make those "prank" fake tickets haha

  • wow!!!! you really changed the course of life after that!!! i'm sure it took alot of courage to do that...prob the most courageous act you ve ever done in your pathetic, non working, non tax paying, cowardly life

  • wow a police car parked on the street.wait a loser timidly approaches it. wow just wow.

  • Umm this cop didn't just park in a no parking zone he parked in front of a fire hydrant. I don't know where all you people are from but where I come from only firetrucks are allowed to park there and this cop IS in the wrong and DOES deserve a ticket. If the building across the street caught on fire and the firemen couldn't get to the hydrant because of this moron he would be in deep shit.

  • Listen to them, they can't even speak English properly. Run their asses over

  • Yeah 3M wants their "ticket" back. I'm pretty sure sticky notes don't have a disclaimer saying "you have 30 days to satisfy this traffic infraction." Don't taze me bro

  • It's funny how people don't like the police... but funny thing is if these kids were in horrible life threatening situation any police officer would risk their lives/safety for these kids.....unfortunate

  • Im sure the cop's day was so ruined by a piece of paper that blew off the second he drove away. Emergency vehicles and personell by law are not required to follow the same road rules a civlian does...

Would have been funny if the cop wrote these idiots a real ticket for littering

  • was the ticket in spanish?

  • Next time don't do this without the professional supervisions of Jimmy Justice.

  • You know what, The officer that parked there, he deserves a ticket, Fire hydrant you cant park infront of em XD no matter who you are **unless your a firefighter with a fire truck putting out a fire XD***

  • Even if they were just on break, what if the officer suddenly had a call to respond to? They have to get out as quickly as possible. That's like saying ambulance drivers should go in the fucking parking garage.By the way, the entire reason why you can't park on the side of the street in the first place is because it is purposely RESERVED for emergency vehicles like police, firetrucks, ems. Dumbass.

  • @Tim92G It is "reserved" in an EMERGENCY... dumbass!

  • @Ravek2010 So what if there wasn't an emergency it's not like anyone else is parking there

  • @Tim92G It doesn't matter if no one is using the restricted parking space. Only because they have a badge, doesn't mean they can get any good parking spot. Learn your laws, you'll need them.

  • @Tim92G the whole point was the fire hydrant dumbass

  • @jouseflove You're response only makes you look even more retarded.

  • @jouseflove Re-read what you responded to, dumbass. He said POLICE, firetrucks and ems. And he is completely right. You are not.

  • @1340dwhite Actually, he is wrong. I just asked my brother, a paramedics, that if any civil servants who enforce the law or safety in a state, can park in the red parking spot in any city/state and he said that they can't unless under a state of EMERGENCY. Only because they carry a job as officers, paramedics, firefighters, etc... it doesn't give them the privilege to park anywhere that they like.

  • @jouseflove They can still be called for emergencies, which could involve saving lives... But I'm sure you knew that, right?

  • @jouseflove So let's say your family is in danger, you wouldn't want a police officer to be there as fast as possible? Makes sense.

  • @jouseflove don't be a smartass, you know what @Tim92G is trying to say. What if the cop is responding to a violent domestic dispute? An attempted suicide? A robbery? There are alot of situations that police respond to where they might be in just a little bit of a hurry (and I'm pretty sure parking correctly is the least of their worries)

  • @asanrules the lights arent on meaning it wasnt an emergency

  • @jouseflove So crimes aren't emergencies? Are you going to wait for the cop to find change for the parking meter when you're being brutally murdered? Cool story, bro.

  • @jouseflove I'm pretty sure they would be a part of any call involving fire needing the hoses at that location. Right?

  • @jouseflove No, so police can park at fires and help with crowd containment, as well as keeping people from getting in the way during fires and ems emergencies. They also might need to respond to a shooting, burglary, or robbery. Do you people ever use your brain?

  • @jouseflove haha! true man! true! well said

  • @jouseflove So you're saying all emergency vehicles must put out fires? Someone watches to much IROBOT

  • Comment removed

  • @Tim92G Come on now we all know police officers abuse their powers all the fucking time; either buy false arrests, parking, driving, hell even just because someones black they'll go after them. I'M NOT SAYING THAT ALL DO but theres deffintly a good sized handful that do.

  • @Tim92G so if they place were on fire...were the fuck would the fire truck go? to the fire hydrant across the street?

  • @Tim92G not tryin to be a dick or anything but your right...theres just one difference, thats only if theres an actual emergency and by the looks of it there was no emergency

  • @dirtbikesforever15 What evidence would need to be present? Does the cop need to be in view of the camera engaged in a shootout? An emergency is a valid explanation and you need to offer proof that there was NOT one.

  • @HermesofLight again i say im not trying to be a dick...and im not trying to prove you wrong, i was just woundering

  • @dirtbikesforever15 This is a different person.

  • @Tim92G All emergency vehicles have to follow the laws of the road. Did you know that ambulances are NOT allowed to go over the speed limit?

  • @Propagandhi900 That depends on the state.

  • @Propagandhi900 but firetrucks and police are...

  • @Propagandhi900 Where?

  • @Propagandhi900 oh yes, and Police cars are not allowed to exceed the speed limit in a highspeed pursuit, nor can they go through red lights..oh wait..

  • @Propagandhi900 yes they can, but only by 5 mph

  • @Propagandhi900 umm fuck that, if im dying i hope he goes over the speed limit and runs all the stop lights.

  • @Propagandhi900 You're wrong

  • @Propagandhi900 most are actually limited to 10 miles over the posted limit. I am sure it's different everywhere though.

  • @andrewsapirate show proof that there is a firm 10 mph limit please. every emergency driving training we go to states "drive with due regard to safety." that isnt a firm number,

  • @Propagandhi900 well when youre dying in the back of an ambulance i hope they get pulled over for speeding....

  • @Propagandhi900 Good i hope you die of a heart attack while that ambulance is going 'the speed limit' to get to you. People like you are fucking retarded

  • @cradlenazi Why so serious?

  • @Propagandhi900 because you are obviously a liberal hippy douch

  • @Propagandhi900 Well you're aloud to exceed the speed limit when passing... and they're pretty constantly passing people..

  • @Darklightx19 you are not allowed to exceed the speed LIMIT

  • @Propagandhi900 did you know you are 100% incorrect? any emergency vehicle, while operating lights and sirens, drives with "due regard to safety." that means they can go as fast as they can safely drive. they can also run red lights once the right of way is yielded to them. the only laws that are firm to an emergency vehicle is a school bus with red lights (99% of drivers wait for the emergency vehicle to pass first) and a school zone (not a strict limit but we respect them enough to slow down).

  • @Tim92G

WTF? Police can't park in red zones just to eat. Only when there's an emergency; red zones are restricted for emergencies, not food.

  • @Tim92G Dumbass.

  • @Tim92G I'm not American and even i know you can't block a fire hydrant which is what the police car is doing. what if there was a fire and the fire department need that hydrant and they couldn't use it because the police car is blocking it and some dies in the fire? Police cars fault.

  • @Tim92G What if the house started burning and the firetruck couldn't connect to the water supply thingy cuz there's a damn cop who parked there cuz he's on his "break" ... dumbass

  • @vafaneh He'd probably move the car when he saw the fire....

Not to mention the fact that fire trucks don't need to be parked with 3 feet of a hydrant to use it

  • @vafaneh Send Jimmy Justice after him.

  • @vafaneh How do you know he's on a break and not inside the building after responding to a 911 call for domestic abuse?

  • @vafaneh by water supply thingy you mean hydrant? lmao

  • @vafaneh What if the sky fell tomorrow? What if the Russians invade? What if Iran has a nuclear bomb? What if? What if. What if.. This is about what actually happened, not a "what if". The Police Officer wasn't on break, he was nearby.. Typical wanna-be-rebels who think ticketing Police Officers will actually accomplish anything.

  • @Tim92G so what if that building set on fire and the cops fell asleep wherever they were? how would the firetrucks get to the fire hydrant? do you know how many people could die?

  • @AssistingHealth Yeah, because cops regularly go into public places and sleep while they are on duty/break right?

  • @ausdude77 they don't have to be asleep... just as long as they aren't there. they could go for a bike ride (ever seen a cop car with a bike rack? of course you have) through the park 5 miles away... even if they heard the call they may not be able to get back in time to move their car... or they could be pursuing somebody on foot.

and it doesn't have to happen "all the time" it only has to happen once to cost someone their life...

  • @AssistingHealth I suppose that makes sense but they generally wouldn't park in front of a hydrant if they were going on a bike ride. As has been said already, "Even if they were just on break, what if the officer suddenly had a call to respond to?" How would you feel if the police didn't arrive in time to save a family member of yours because they were parked too far away?

Also, fire trucks don't need to be parked within 3 feet of a hydrant to use it.

  • @ausdude77 unlikely events that were easily preventable happen all the time... yet, this cop has almost nothing to gain by putting themselves in the potential position of the sole cause of this potential disaster (fire truck doesn't get to hydrant in time, people(s) die because of that likely would have survived otherwise)... yet they did it anyways.

is walking 10 feet further REALLY worth potentially being "that guy" that likely prevented the survival of ppl? the ones they: "protect & serve"?

  • @AssistingHealth As someone else already said, 'Even if they were just on break, what if the officer suddenly had a call to respond to?' Officers may need to get to an emergency to save lives and there might not be any parking spaces to the left of the camera. As I said in another comment though, "fire trucks don't need to be parked with 3 feet of a hydrant to use it" the fire truck could park on the other side of the police car and hook up there.

  • @ausdude77 so, from your perspective it's ok for ANYONE to park in front of a fire hydrant because the firefighters can just "park on the other side of the[..]car"? so then if I were you i would try to get the parking in a fire zone law abolished... because apparently, by your logic, parking in front of a fire hydrant causes no potential harm to the public.

better get on that... might take you a while to convince people of that bullshit.

  • @AssistingHealth No because, as I have already said, the police may need to leave the place to react to an emergency. The police may have a need to get away as quickly as possible

  • @ausdude77 you may have a valid point... you might want to bring this up to your local governing body so that the laws may be changed... i disagree with you and think that saving people from getting burned alive is more important than 2 extra strides necessary for the cop to get to their car (10 feet.. maybe, 1-2 seconds faster? if that?). as it stands, however, that is illegal.

the person driving the vehicle in this video has broken the law. maybe you might lobby to have it changed?

  • @ausdude77 another way of putting this is: 10 feet at a brisk pace is likely UNDER 2 seconds added time... however, the firefighters will have to take FAR more than 2 extra seconds to hook up.

also, very few response calls are potentially deadly... EVERY fire has a VERY high chance of someone... BEING BURNED ALIVE. kind of a big deal if you ask me...

  • @ausdude77 however, i think we may need to agree to disagree that it's ok for the police officers in this video to break the law and get away with it.

your best bet--i think--would be to attempt to have this law changed.

it might work... people that make laws can seem rather stupid and make some seemingly horrible decisions. but... they do it anyways!

    (see: former president bush)

  • @AssistingHealth I agree that there is definitely disadvantages to police parking there and yes, the best bet would be to get the law changed but that doesn't change the fact that this video is stupid as it is not illegal for police to park there

  • @ausdude77 it is illegal. the cops have to ALREADY be in an emergency situation. not have one arise... there is no such thing as a pre-emptive parking job for a to-be bank robbery that you don't even know is about to happen.

  • @AssistingHealth think about it if there was a fire he would be dispatched on his portable to respond to the location hes already at... so he will be there (depending on fire response time) for a while so dont even start

  • @millertime60 as you can see, i said that he could have been gone riding a bike or chasing a suspect on foot and then (as i quote myself) "heard the call" (as in, on his "portable") then in the precious few minutes (or more... he could have chased a purse-robber across a 2-mile field on foot and had no choice but to run back through the same 2-mile field) that it took him to return, that could have cause the loss of a human life.

  • @millertime60 please read my comments first, because you would have seen that i MENTIONED that even WHEN called on his portable he may STILL not have the time. what if he decided to walk to the top of that VERY SAME BUILDING to the roof and have his lunch there ("on his break"... right?) so the fire starts on the 1st floor due to electrical malfunction... what then? magical teleportation to his police car? XD

  • @millertime60 and yes, i will start. especially when it's so easy to finish, because it's such a simple concept. a 5-year-old can understand why blocking a fire hydrant isn't a good idea REGARDLESS of police/citizen/van/truck/SUV/et al. It's the act of blocking that is the problem, not WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLE is doing it. the person DRIVING said vehicle is the one responsible for WHERE THE PARK THEIR VEHICLE.

    DURRRRRRRRR this isn't rocket science.

    =D

  • @AssistingHealth ok well im a deputy, EMT and a firefighter. i know how this works. a pump truck holds usually 500 gallons of water plus some hold couple hundred worth of fire suppressing foam. and structure fires there will usually be a tanker there that hold at least 1000 gallons. and every truck will have adapters and fittings to make a 90 degree hookup. and a crew attacks the fire another crew will advance line to another hydrant if needed. we train for events like this

  • @Tim92G how dumb are you? did you not see the fire hydrant he parked next too, cops cant legally park there cause in case of a fire, how are the firefighters going to connect the hose...you and your thumbs up ppl should go look at the laws again...complete ignorance...

  • @Tim92G Those spaces are reserved for emergency vehicles for use ONLY in an emergency situation. Suppose the building caught fire and the fire engine can't park close enough to deal with it because some dumb f**k cops are illegally parked.

So! YES! I do think they should have to park in a parking garage, but then again my county does this weird thing where they hire more then 1 cop in case one is on break during an emergency..

  • @Tim92G You are an idiot, what if there is a fire and the Fire Department wants to hoock up thier tank to that fire hose? It is illegal by the way in North America specailly in Canada and U.S in all the states!

  • @Tim92G It was cause he was blocking a fire hydrant, not just being the side of the street dumbass, thats a violation of parking no matter which way you look at it.

  • @Tim92G He was parked in front of a fire hydrant, reserved only for firetrucks. What if the building was on fire, the driver of that car was in another building and didn't see it, they couldn't move the car and the building was badly destroyed killing many people. Its against the law for anyone to park in front of a fire hydrant except a fire truck

  • fire trucks dont park in front of fire hydrants

  • lucky the police officer didnt see it, you can get arrested for tampering with a police car

  • GOD CREATED FIREFIREFIGHTERS SO COPS COULD HAVE HEROES

  • get a life? haha seeing these kind of videos are to hilarious. people wastin their time with the dumbest things

  • and i live in nyc i see this type of shit everyday

  • @TheAirsoftlover12 I live in NYC. How the hell do you have an airsoft? Isn't illegal here?

  • yo, are you guys form South Africa?

  • I remember my first beer...

  • @DudeWithaPage Then you didn't drink enough!

  • justice :)

  • Traffic signs/laws aren't apply able in New York to Cops.

  • @iTyluuuuur they definitely 100% are not ever allowed to park infront of a fire extinguisher EVERRRRRRR

  • ok, next time one of your family members are in trouble make sure you tell the cops not to help untill he has found a valid parking. twat

  • wow (Y)

  • its legal for any public assistance vehicle to park anywhere.

  • he wants to be tough and give the cop a "ticket" yet he looks scared as shit to do it. little fuckin deliquent on camera looking for attention. if there was a fire, they police have a radio and would probably be responding also and can move the car. if this shithead had a car its not very likely he would follow many traffic laws

  • lol fucking mexicans. what was in there? your recipe to make burritos?

  • @crytoyourmom mexicans ? you blind ? look at the police car it say NYPD AKA new york police department in america you fucking idiot

  • @8XxHawkxX8 hes calling the people mexican. not the country. you sir are the idiot

  • MINORITY SUSPECT, HE'S GOT A GUN!

  • I wanna see the cops reaction!

  • If I was the cop, I'd blow my nose into the paper and toss it to the ground.

  • JAYWALKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @bkeener86 I have no idea what you're talking about. I think your emailed message was intended for someone else you were talking to on YouTube. Please check the name next

    time. Thank you.

  • should know your laws before you "ticket" a police officer because you think you are a badass he did nothing wrong. tell me what color is that fire hydrant?

  • @jmturner90 it's illegal to park infront of any fire hydrant so how about you learn the law's fucking idiot thinking the hydrant has to be a certain color did it accord it hasn't been repainted yet because new york is a big fucking state it take time son.Use your intelligence next time you post or don't post at all i don't enjoy correcting people but what you said was pure bullshit as no one is allowed at anytime to block a fire lane or fire hydrant it's a federal law.

  • @bkeener86 Im a cop in the military. i may not know all the civilian laws, but i do know that even on a military installation and in the civilian world. ANY and ALL emergency vehicle are authorized to park in fire lanes and in front of hydrants. Do you know if he was responding to a call? no. even so he is allowed there he can be doing a walking patrol. that fire hydrant isnt red or yellow. he has every right to you can aswell. and if u get a ticket you fight it. and you would win.
