I find your comments about thinking interesting. But do you think as well as you think you think? Your thoughts on people, their differences, and how to challenge them, are all great. Especially about kids and adults being rewarded without doing anything. Then you say you voted from a man without a plan who wants to impart entitlements without merit. You need to reexamine yourself.

I also tested Jonathon with his claim to quickly respond to email. That was last week, he still hasn't responded. I also don't think this presentation is all that useful as a leadership tool. It's full of sound bites and rehashing of material that others have presented much more persuasively and believably. And, reading directly from notes while leaning against a podium is hardly inspiring. There are better sources for leadership training.

This was good sound business principles speech. He touched on so many points from diversity,general managers and learning from failures. What I liked most were the way he used common sense principles. In my opinion, one can use all the charisma ,gifts, learned knowledge and skills, they may have, but without some command sense. Most of it does not make sense. Very good job at keeping the crowds attention using humor to keep them focused.
