  • You are insane. You will kill someone one day... LOL just kidding good job.

  • I love this demonstration because most breaks are done in a manner where the bricks are in an awkward position and makes them weak but for this break to be successful you need speed, strength as well as accuracy which you pulled off perfectly!

  • Sifumiller. i'd hate to be infront of that hit.

  • Wow, where is your academy?

  • Sifu Miller I just want to say again how excellent this break is. These are the fruits of dedication and discipline. Bravo Sir!

  • Thank you. These are things that anyone can do after training long enough & consistently. Focus more on striking your Iron Palm bag & not brick breaking. That will come with time & should only be used occasionally to chart your progress.

  • Very, Very well done, What sash rank are you sir?

  • @WhiteTigerWarrior Belt only good for holding up your pants.

  • I do believe this is the real thing, look at the feet/hips.

To use this kind of power in a real situation, how do you develop the timing? It seems like it wouldn't be easy to get this kind of torque with the rooting and everything when it comes to a mobile object.

  • Wow, not many can break through solid objects like that, I begin internal iron palm this friday with my Sifu, knife edge, backfist, palm and ridge hand, 100 days to go.

  • Truely impressive. I have gone to seminars by a number iron palm users such as Master Trawler and Master Thomas Keen, but this is truely impressive

  • Extremely Impressive sir!

  • mother of god... That's iron palm for sure!

  • is there any books or training videos for this method of iron palm?

  • No. You can find dozens of books/vid's on hand training. But, if you want to learn true Iron Palm I would not suggest you learn it in that manner. You need a qualified instructor that knows the true training methods & even more important... the real herbal medicines.

  • Very impressive. Just curious because you keep emphasising herbal medicine, does it play that great a role? and more importantly are these herbs legal and if so what are they and how and where can i get some. I'm pretty they are meant for recovery but correct me if i'm wrong. As you would have to condition the palm area quite a bit.

  • Yes, proper herbal medicine is very important. Yes it's legal. You get it from a qualified instructor in these arts. You do have to condition your hand daily so the herbs protect your hand from the long term damage that would be caused. They are for strengthening/conditioning bones & connective tissues, healing & speedy recovery, protecting, & directing Chi.

  • @sifumiller, I have used "Dit da ja" herbal medicine for years. It's good for martial arts, but also cured me of a skin/muscle condition that resulted in tiny muscle tissue breaks with my hands. I used the herbal medicine during times when there were no cuts in my hand. (The medicine's not to be used on open wounds or cuts.) After a while, the muscle tissue in my hand became stronger and the tiny slits in my hand never returned.

  • great stuff, but i dont think the term iron palm is correct. Thats knife hand you hit it with. Iron Palm you hit with the heart of the palm (people who know points understand this) and drive the force. But still wicked break!!!

  • To be very clear. True Iron Palm training involves the whole hand. Palm, knife edge, & back of hand. Even though the "heart of the palm" was not used, it still demonstrates the results from Iron Palm practice. The conditioning, the herbs, the circulation & directing of your Chi all play a role when striking, no matter which part of the hand is used.

  • heres the thing,i also have a video on youtube, albeit not 1/10th of what sifu miller can do but i still get "hate mail".almost everyone who has uploaded a breaking video has said positive remarks. it is only the untrained and ignorant who make snide or negative remarks. i am loking forward to see someone elses,"6 freestanding" block break.we will all wait anxiously,l.o.l.

  • @tao123chi only one video?

  • nice! added to favorite! 5 stars!

  • Amazing!!!!

  • Wow, great break.

  • O.o ......i can understand no spacers when you are breaking downwards..........but side ways? there is something else here than just physical power. Any explanations of what makes this work? im super interested (plz people who can do this ONLY, if not plz dont reply)

  • It is using what is called Chi. An internal energy that you can develope & direct to all parts of the body. Not focusing on external strength. Also, most importantly using the proper Chinese Herbal Medicines.

  • Very impressive. No SPACERS, for all of the fakers out there. Also, freestanding bricks. Well done.

  • Really drove through from the hips on that one. Were those standard concrete slabs?

  • Yes, standard concrete patio blocks, each 2" thick.

  • Thank you all for the kind words. I'm back from the Shaolin Temple now & will be posting more breaks soon.

  • you've got some great skills there! beautyful!

just in the air and 6 bricks. indeed true power as FuxyouIAMTHELimper said.

  • You know, you see Karate and Tae Kwon Do, and other martial arts do their breaks, using spacers, and do through 10-20 bricks, but they are supported by the floor. Then you see iron palm, no spacers, and nothing to hold them in place. That, is true power.

  • where do you get your Iron Palm medicine? Also, it would be really awesome to see you do that with a slap, freestanding. thanks.

  • I use my Teacher's formula (Grand Master Gene Chicoine) More breaks are on the way when I return from China. I'll keep your request in mind.

  • Impressive! You're very quick. And your hand hardly slowed down even after it hit the bricks. Kudos to you, dude!

  • Thanks for the kind words. The key is Internal practice & the right Iron Palm medicine. Sifu Miller

  • Tao123chi.

    You got that 100% correct.

  • this is one of the top breaks you can do. this is awsome, chi at it's best. this is what all iron palm practitioners should hope to accomplish.

  • Thank you. I have more Iron Palm & Iron Vest videos to come.

  • Excellent break.

  • Thank you. More to come from Circle Of Life Kung Fu Academy.
