Regardless of the thought element and the history, it's just fun to do. Plus, you can stay in great shape, so long as you don't get hurt in the process. Old skool, nu skool, just rock on!!!
Just because B-Boys were inspired by lots of other different dances and martial arts and such doesnt mean they are doing the same thing. Everyone has different thoughts and way of doing things. We add our own flavor and flip it so we can use those moves to dance to the music and rock the beat.
@ImStupid03 dont matter if ur black asian or hispanic or european only people that love the culture do it and others dont give a fuck and it will stay that way.
everything when it starts gets influenced by bunch of different things in the similar category

this clearly proves bboying came from every other dance or fighting styles cultural
and for people who are comparing it to modern bboying look at the date and plus
us(asians) adopted bboying and African american and Hispanics ditched bboying for
cultural rap

Most of these clips are just of borrowed elements. Its not the "History" of breakdancing.

Didn't the first members of MZK create bboying, bboying is an expression when gangs turfed each other, they didn't use violence.
xaznlegacy 3 years ago
I agree MZK brung it to america, they began bboying in the modern world by using dance to express their energy instead of fist fighting.
