On March 2,2010 it was brought before congress and given an extension to April 1,2010 to have a final vote. Children with disabilities need therapy to recover from their disabilities if limited therapy is only available that will not produce good outcomes. Creating disabled adults that will sit on our systems for years to come.

Auditing the Fed or eliminating it to put monetary policy in the hands of Congress is also a Socialist policy... would it be a bad thing? Look up Rosa Luxembourg, or Libertarian Socialism.

Federal Income Tax; was when enacted only to tax the top 2% at no more than 7%.
Amtrak when monoplized in 1971 was only to be run by the government for 3 years.
I could go on and on. The Federal government is a dismal failure on all accounts and you want them to have more power over your life?
