This is my favorite Chumbawamba song in the entire cataloge of their work, and I think I have everything! My second favorite is the AMAZING cover of 'Safetypin Stuck In My Heart" by Patrik Fitzgerald, but I do love his version of that one more. Chumbawamba is my favorite band ever! Greeetings from Tennessee, USA!
@SeorezTheNullifier No, you're not the only one :)). This song is about religious hypocracy, we can all agree in the aversion of that. But knowing Chumbawamba the song is just as much about the easy way people choose fun (the doghouse) above morals...
does anyone know where i can find sheet music or a vocal arrangement for this song? i've looked everywhere and i e-mailed chumbawamba twice but they're not answering me.
Thanks for posting this!!! I really needed it. As a recovering ex-christian, the healing can be slow and painful at times. What a beautiful song!!! Life is so much happier and healthier without religion!!! I finally saw the light!!!
I think it was recorded especially for the album. Haven't been able to find it anywhere since. It was recorded with American Anarchist band alabama 3 so it may be on one ofr their albums.
@gREENbUILT21 Yep just stumbled on it, not disappointed. Love it particularly when religion gets a bashing. This shall be dedicated to the victims of sexual abuse at the hands of the churches.

Chumbawamba are ignorant, infantile, leftwing reactionary wankers.
